Cars like this were made at the peak of automotive engineering and technology. Only a few years later, too much unnecessary technology began being introduced that is easy to break and expensive to repair.
I do remember when my uncle bought the Maxima version brand new and took us all for a ride and I was drooling over how comfortable and luxurious everything was. Man, back when cars still had soul. LS430, Q45, I35, Maxima.. good days..
I have a 2004 I35, I love this car! We recently had a bad ice storm I didn't spin a tire, I had total control and felt completely safe, but keep in mind it's a luxury car not a economy car it takes money to drive but it's loaded with all you could need and is very reliable, definitely a car to be proud of, so go out and get one so you'll know how good it feels to drive. Majorly classy. WGR in OK💋
William Lee Jr....... Hopefully Infiniti and Nissan will bring it back again To slot below the current Q50, as a more affordable model...... And now will be powered by the same Maxima's 3.5L V6 (albeit, in a more powerful tune........at 312hp) And be Infiniti's direct rival against the Lexus ES350 and the Acura TLX
@@avemoney3026 mines not too shabby, didn't have much problem till I realized some oil was dripping on the alternator when I gassed it but it should be a simple fix mind you my car is an 03 with 227,000+ miles and has taken me almost anywhere. I honestly would go for it again.
Still a nice and stunning car in Infiniti's lineup....... Hopefully Infiniti bring it back to be a rival against the Lexus ES350 and the Acura TLX, (and be based again from the Nissan Maxima like the previous I30 before it) and to slot below the current Q50 sedan (as a more affordable model)

For a 2002 car that looks ahead of its time.
227k miles on it and still going strong
How is it now I’m looking at one with 219k and wanted to know if I should
@@domestic5767 i wouldn’t buy any car with that many miles unless it’s dirt cheap
@@hayd-n how about 2500 with 93,000?
@@frankwhite555 93,000 isn’t really that high. depending on the model/year and condition that’s not bad
Beautiful car, very nice review. Miss cars with character 👌
