It is well known by medical science and psychology that victims of childhood sexual assault will forget and mix up details because of the brains mechanism to suppress memories if those memory is simply to traumatic to comprehend. In other words, simply because there has been proof that a memory presented in the documentary was false, doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s a lie.

barrelrolldog Razorblah has the _bulldozer_ tactic. Just a waterfall of blablah and info you cannot check in 2 seconds.
I checked a bunch of his blah about "evidence" but it's just his views.
I cannot wait till more people will come forward with the truth. Razorblah will need to confess he was wrong and I wonder if his brain can handle that. Maybe he will disappear from internet of will cut of his hair... or is that a wig?
Anyway, all those lawsuits were a big show and the best lawyer and most money won. The boys also defended MJ back then so MJ was lucky.
Here some evidence if you have a brain.
The boys says that MJ said "If you love me, you will sleep on the bed..."
      That's blackmail!
If the kid refused that would've meant "I don't love you".
And MJ supposed to have slept on the floor!! Do you believe that???
If you look closely you will notice a fuckup.
MJ blackmails the kid into his bed and then says he slept on the floor. He tries to suggest he had a sleeping bag but the kid says he just threw blankets on the floor.
Do yo see MJ sleeping on the floor all night on some expensive blankets????????????
See for yourself in the first minute.
Case closed (but there is so much more).

Some people want MJ to be guilty bcuz they can't rap their minds around a man that could have any woman he wants but openly doesn't mind spending some time with children.
What people need to understand is that while there are people who become abusers after they have been abused either physically or psychologically, there are those who become extremely protective and loving of children because of what they themselves have experienced as a child.

Michael was a social inadequate. Most of us learn our social skills at an early age hanging out with kids our own age at school. Michael never went to school and never hung out with kids his own age. He spent most of his own childhood around grown-ups who would've practically ignored him. The closest people to his own age he spent time with would've been the other Jackson boys who I'm sure didn't want their little baby-ass brother hanging around while they're doing coke and groupies, so it seems to me he spent a lot of his adulthood trying to recapture the childhood he was deprived of. He was a little weird, no arguments there, but here's the thing; being weird ain't a fucking crime.

He had the cheek to sit there in front of video cameras and say, “what is the value of talking to anyone who says Michael Jackson was innocent “? Or words to that effect, basically.
As Razörfist rightly pointed out, people who say that Michael Jackson was innocent are providing a witness statement that needs to be investigated further. So actually, evidence and witness statements are VERY relevant!

Marvin S. Putnam was the lawyer for aeg the company that put on the this is it Michael Jackson tour.Aeg was being sued by the Jackson estate for wrongful death The Jackson lost this case but this is not the end of Marvin Putnam!in tbis case he said he was going to expose M.J demons.Check this out !!!!guess who his wife? is Keri Putnam!!!!! she is the CEO of Sundance Institute yes the same Sundance that released the leaving never land mockumentary! It gets better though check this out
she also was the Executive VP for HBO Films from 2002-2006 then she also worked for Miramax which is owned by guess who?Harvey Weinstein and Bob Weinstein. So outwardly she blast Harvey Weinstein but behind close doors she got his back Sundance released the 98-minute documentary untouchable about Harvey Weinstein but it was completely over shadowed by talks of leaving neverland .Now Harvey Weinstein also had help "allegedly "getting young girls by Oprah Winfrey according to British actress Kadian Noble. So now do you see why she co signed on this mockcumentary?oh yea guess who was watching this trash with her!!!!
DAVID GEFFEN !!!!!!Sounds familiar?Michael Jackson hated David Geffen because a closely-knit group of people at Hollywood headed by Geffen had sunk his career, and Michael was perfectly aware of it.David Geffen was apart of what M.J called the Hollywood gay mafia and Gefden is feared all in Hollywood. So as you can tell if you connected the dots you can clearly see a conspiracy to take down M.J ijs.

    FACTS:
    * That edited/sliced 'Happy Birthday' message was recorded within days that Wade and Michael first ever spent any time together (aside from the time they met in Australia) and was filmed 7 months before his Bday
    * James claimed to have owned the Thriller Jacket, it was actually given to Dennis Thompson (his clothing designers) and they had it until 2011 when it was auctioned
    * James claims Harrison Ford gave him the whip from the Indiana Jones movie but it was actually given to the Institute of Archeology in 1990 (only 1 was used in the trilogy)
    * James claims Michael called him asking him to testify in 2005 but he was considered a 'non entity' in the case months before the trial began. Neither one of them had a say as to if he could testify.
    * James mother states she danced when Michael Jackson died... because?? According to James, he did not speak to anyone about his molestation until 2013
    * Both mothers were laughing and lovingly talking about the time period they spent with Michael.. This is the time they would have been 'neglecting' their children, it is unnatural for a mother to lovingly express of the time and reasons she was neglecting her child.
    * They talk about this elaborate grooming process Michael did but say he molested him the first day they were alone.. That's only hours from day to evening to make Wade comfortable enough to feel ok about something like that? Mind you, they were not US citizens so after the event, they'd be going home to Australia.. That's VERY risky!
    IN COURT....
    * When Wade was forced to release his emails, he breached the order claiming it did not exist, than refused to submit, than tried using 'attorney client privileges' to prevent the emails to enter the case.. It eventually entered the case!
    * Wade Robsons emails show he sent himself a link from an anti MJ website that paints Jackson as a pedophile to build his case (why would he need to do that if it's a personal event?)
    * Emails between Wade and his mother, Wade sends her an article making claims about Michael, she responds "wow, that never happened" and he still used the story in court.
    * Emails between him and his mother show them going over stories and having 'many versions'
    * Wade was caught lying under oath so bad that the judge stated "Their is no rational juror that could believe his testimony"
    * Wade Robson wrote 2 drafts of a 'tell all' book, the court ordered Wade to produce both drafts and the story of his abuse changed significantly from one draft to the next
    * James claims that he should address his abuse after seeing an interview with Wade on TV, however it was Wades attorneys that reached out to James before James made any move about the abuse.
    * In court James 'jewelry' story never included a 'wedding ring' story, he stated he had a neckless he was given with a medallion - and that is where the story ends.. The wedding ring would be the most important piece of jewelry to the story... James original interview with Dan Reed in Feb 2017 did not include the ring story, they later got together in July 2017 to film and include the 'ring' story.
    * The court ordered Wade to present his personal journals to the court and it stated allegations would make him "relatable and relevant" and "it's time for me to get mine". When questioned about the quotes he stated he does not know what he meant by his own words.
    * Wade robson claims two contradictory things.. 1. that he did not see anything wrong with the abuse at the time because he felt that he was in a 'fulfilling sexual relationship' at 7 years old and that's why he did not speak out... 2. that Michael would drill & threaten him about if he spoke out and he did not speak out due to fear.
    * James legal briefing states Michael spent thanksgiving with the Safechucks in 1987, Michael was in Australia on the Bad tour and was actually the day Michael Jackson met Wade Robson after the Target event.
    * James claims to have 'honeymooned' at Euro Disney with Michael in 1988.. It was not open until 1992
    * James claims to have been molested in NY after attending the '89 grammys. Michael never attended the grammys that year and it took place in Los Angeles
    * Wade Robson was trying to have his wedding at Neverland and Michael Jacksons Nanny had to tell both Wade and Joy "NO" because the 2005 trial was going on at the time
    * Wade claimed in court that he was unaware of the administration of the Michael Jackson Estate prior to March 6th 2013 which is another lie considering he was in contact with them about the Cirque De Soleil show and claims to have worked under MJ Ventures in the past. (which is why the estate would be liable in the first place)
    * Wade claims that he was at Neverland and saw Michaels children and did not want Michaels kids to live without their dad and that's how he knew he 'had' to testify on Michaels behalf.. The time he visited Neverland was AFTER he testified
    * They both have been working together since 2014 against the Jackson estate, it was Wades legal team that reached out to James (before James came forward). They worked with this legal team until both cases were thrown out. together switched to a different law firm where their complaints were amended. With those amendments, the accusations changed.
    * James original case against the estate because he never had any working relationship with the estate, thus had no 'Duty Of Care'.. In the new claim included allegations against MJJ Ventures in respect to his alleged abuse in the 80's.. MJJ Ventures was not established until 1991 and never had any working relationship with Michael Jackson until 1994, 2 years after the alleged abuse ended.
    * When chronologically looking at the claims against Jackson, as they had a hard time battling the estates 'ownership' in the alleged abuse - the stories became increasingly more elaborate including Michael Jacksons employees to incriminate those who are hired under MJJ productions.. Neither Wade or James can actually name any employee that allegedly were willing participants in covering up any abuse (including those they supposedly had personal interaction with)
    * James 3rd amended complaint included a story including companies under MJJ companies that had 'youth programs' where Michael would be a mentor, these companies were called the 'most sophisticated child abuse procurement & Facilitation organization'. '.... a 'youth program' never existed..
    * James case came to a dead end, trying to make the estate liable. James and his lawyers desperately tried to make the argument since Michael Jackson was the sole share holder and owner of MJJ companies. That Michael Jackson had the obligation to 'supervise himself', knowing he (himself) had 'criminal tendencies' and should not allow himself work in his own company. Fire himself and warn others about his tendencies.. This is all to make the estate liable for

Razorfist absolutely destroys and debunks not just the documentary but every allegation.
Michael Jackson was the kindest and yet most misunderstood person in the world and the rest of the jacked up panel just cannot even begin to understand that the there's absolutely no evidence whatsoever that Michael was a pedophile. In fact contrary it's the opposite, that Michael Jackson was the actual victim.
Michael Jackson was and still is the biggest star that's ever lived. Of course kids wanted to meet him. He marketed himself to everyone. The more open markets, the more profitable he was.

What he did for kids at Neverland was purely charity. He barely was at home. I know it is hard to believe that a human being could do so much charity out of goodness alone. But Michael WAS that person. And the press saw that and used it against him. And I think it is unacceptable to comment what he did or not do to his wife. Were you present there with them to see what happened? That was an ugly comment.
Should Michael Jackson have known this was coming because there were pyjama parties at Neverland? Ofourse, he would have if he thought like us. But he never did. Wade was shopping a book BEFORE he filed his first complaint. He even hired literary agent Alan Nevins to help him. That’s right folks iut’s more important to get yourself a book deal and make some money than to seek criminal justice.
In terms of Wade’s lawsuit against the Estate, October 20, 2016 Estate asked Wade to provide them the drafts and treatments of his book, then also questioned why didn’t he turn it over before as the book was clearly about his abuse allegations. Wade replied by saying he didn’t produce the book because he was unable to locate it. so credible. Let’s just say hypothetically Michael Jackson was a pedophile, Wade had two prior occasions to testify against him, to seek criminal justice, to prevent other people from being molested and yet he testified in Michaels defence any only after MJ died comes out with abuse allegations not before first writing a book about
it and trying to sell it. He also set about suing MJs estate after MJs family started suing the concert organisers for wrongful death. MJ’s Estate stood to be worth more.
In his own lawsuits against the estate he was reprimanded for manipulating evidence (he first didn’t not provide the estate with requested emails about his accusations, then only presented one email stating that was all the emails, then provided more emails but failed to include attachments and had heavily redacted the emails. So this is a guy who lied under oath, perjured himself and manipulated evidence. Now to Safechuck his parents were being sued in 2013 for $840,000 by their business partners this is around the same time tWade had already contacted Safechuck regarding his lawsuit against MJs estate. Now Safechuck joins Wade’s one billion dollar estate claim.
In January 2000, a woman named Janet Arvizo consulted with a civil lawyer about suing Michael Jackson for having allegedly molested her son.1 This would have been the second child molestation lawsuit filed against Jackson, the first being the result of sexual abuse allegations that were made by a 13-year-old boy in 1993.
The problem, however, is that in January 2000, Janet Arvizo had never met Michael Jackson; neither had her son. In fact, it would still be another seven months before Jackson would even be introduced to the Arvizo family.
Three years after their initial meeting in August 2000, Janet Arvizo’s son accused Michael Jackson of sexual abuse; the pop star is currently preparing to fight these claims in court. During a recent pre-trial hearing, Arvizo’s plans to sue Michael Jackson before she had even met him were made public by Jackson’s lead defense attorney Thomas Mesereau Jr. According to Mesereau, Arvizo had revealed this information to investigators in June 2003, when she and her children first made accusations against Jackson.2’
Janet Arvizo has a history of filing sexual abuse lawsuits she filed one again a JC Penny security guard who tried to stop her from stealing and later admitted to a paralegal she made the entire thing up Furthermore Jc Pennies did the same thing Michael Jackson’s lawyers advised him to do. A
Two years after filing a $3 million lawsuit against the companies, Janet Arvizo also accused the security guards of sexually assaulting her during the altercation, an allegation that had never come up in her initial deposition. The companies settled out of court for $152,500 without admitting guilt.3
Tom Griffin, the attorney who represented JCPenney in the case, told NBC’s Mike Taibbi that the Arvizo family had no evidence to substantiate their claims. “[The mother] just came up with this fairy tale, not a fairy tale, it’s a horror story, and just ran with it,”4 Griffin said.
A psychiatrist hired by JCPenney during the investigation said that the children’s testimonies sounded scripted and rehearsed,5 a suspicion that was confirmed by their father. In an affidavit, David Arvizo admitted that the children had been coached by their mother to lie. According to Russell Halpern, an attorney for Mr. Arvizo, “[The mother] wrote all of their testimony. I actually saw the script.”6
The Arvizo family’s litigious past, for example, immediately became the focus of much media attention. The general public learned about the accusations that Janet Arvizo had levelled against JCPenney and her ex-husband, as well as her alleged history of coaching her children to lie under oath.
Furthermore, both the Department of Children and Family Services and the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department had investigated Jackson in February 2003 and concluded based on their interviews with the Arvizos that no abuse had taken place. It seems unlikely that Jackson could have molested the boy while being investigated for suspected child abuse by two separate government agencies.
“After millions of dollars were spent by prosecutors and police departments in two jurisdictions, and after two grand juries questioned close to 200 witnesses, including 30 children who knew Michael Jackson, not a single corroborating witness could be found.”
    Newsday, 1993,
“No hard evidence had been gathered from the hundreds of papers, photographs and videotapes seized during the raids on Jackson’s Neverland home and Century City apartment.”

I find it troubling that Victor Guttierez is not in prison somewhere. The fact that people still continue to overlook the obvious role and criminality of his book shows they've pretty much decided what they want to believe and that's it. And Razorfist is right - the pattern amongst accusers is that Michael Jackson was great until he cut contact with them or their delusional and opportunistic parents. That translates as he refused to continue funding their lifestyles or dream projects and basically live off his own talent.

    • @princeofpop8
      @princeofpop8 3 года назад

What’s also troubling is that Gutierrez creep haven’t paid a single PENNY to Michael for damages from this gross fictional s🤬t book of his and instead he cowers back to Chile and claimed bankruptcy as an excuse for not paying for his crime of libel and slender.

    • @theroadlesstravelled7754

@@princeofpop8 he was jailed for a short while in Chile for something about a beauty queen, I don't recall the details. He also coached a boy in Chile to tell lie about politicians running a paedophile ring. He definitely has a pattern of lying.
