@@CassysHairCare yeah had to rewind to be sure I heard that part properly. At first I thought you applied it on the oil since I didn't see you in the shower. Thanks for another great video
The ORS hair Mayonnaise is a good place to start. But always follow up with a moisturizing conditioner such as the keracare humecto conditioner. Both of them can be found on Amazon.
In this video, I did an oil treatment and used Olaplex as a bond rebuilder for strength (which is the same benefits as a protein treatment). It is not necessary to do both on every wash day. Twice a month if there's a lot of hair damage. Once every 4 to 6 weeks to maintain healthy hair. Hope this helps!
@@CassysHairCare what made you decide to wash weekly? Instead of once a month for example. Because I hear some people say washing weekly cause breakage due to too much manipulation.
@helsinkisydchristabelle5540 oh no, girl, one month is absolutely not for me. I can barely survive the 2 weeks when I do because my scalp gets very itchy with product build-ups. So I would go crazy with monthly washing. And washing weekly isn't too much manipulation. Clean scalp opens your pores for healthy hair growth. But to each his own.
Starting by trying to figure out what might be causing the breakage. Make sure it's not the products you're using. Relaxer overlap. There could be so many reasons. These two videos might be able to help. ruclips.net/video/T8HqeFjOCFo/видео.html ruclips.net/video/vq_vmFedh0k/видео.html
Moisturize, moisturize and moisturize. Watch this video again and again. Take notes if you have to. Incorporate her technique into your hair care "journey". I just recently started doing prepoos and deep conditioners. It has made a huge difference.
You are so right! I do notice a difference when I do hot oil treatments.
Thank you, dear

Is this a hot oil treatment or a protein treatment?😮

What’s the name of the relaxer you use ?
The African pride olive miracle relaxer.
What was the conditioner in the bowl?
That's Keracare Humecto deep conditioner
Can this regimen be followed as a weekly routine?
Protein treatment shouldn't be done weekly. Otherwise, deep conditioning weekly with a moisturizing conditioner is okay.
Beautiful Hair do you ever flat iron your hair?
Oh my my, I can't even remember the last time I had my hair flat ironed, that's how long it's been. I've never done it myself.
How long do u leave your protective style in?
Usually, it is until my next wash day, which is usually weekly or biweekly when I'm super busy.
Hi dear. Did you wash off the oil with or without shampoo after conditioning?
Hi there, 👋🏾I do the oil treatment before shampooing and conditioning always.
How long do you usually leave the relaxer in?
Unfortunately, I can't relax my hair. It takes the Stylist around 35 to 40 minutes to apply it. She rinses it right after.
U have very long hair ❤.
Thank you 😊
Do you only use Olaplex No 3 the week after relaxing?
No, I use on my other wash days depending on how my hair feels.
Hi Cassie, how often do you wash your hair now? Still once a week?
I wash weekly, but sometimes when I get super busy up to 2 weeks.

Do you do hot oil treatment on dry hair before washing?
Yes dear!
Madam do you wash your hair with cold or warm water
I wash with warm water. Sometimes, cool water to rinse out my deep conditioner.
How many days do you wait after you have washed your hair do you relax your hair?
@candaceevans2212 I usually wait for a week, but I have done it 4 to 5 days after my wash sometimes.
Please how can I stop breakages
