Idk how hot oil treatments work fr cuz you wash it out with shampoo? Don’t you want the oil to stay on your scalp and hair so it can be moisturized

Hot oil treatments are still effective even if you wash it out with shampoo because since you’re using heat with the oil, the heat allows it to really penetrate your scalp and stay in there regardless if you shampoo after

Was the mazzani or C.O. N not good on it's own?

You can definitely use the Mazzini on it’s on, I just decided to use both because since I didn’t do a protein treatment I wanted to use some of the apoghee to incorporate some kind of protein, but it’s not necessary I’m just extra lol

Hey and I flat iron my hair at most every 2 weeks, if you plan on flat ironing it once a week I suggest you use a heat protectant and that you don’t put the flat iron on high heat so I would use it at 250-300 degrees
