Is it necessary to use both moisturizers and leave In conditioner? I feel like it’s too much and will make hair weigh d down.I’m just looking for keeping the volume in my hair but still having a good moisture protein balance.

love itt! ive been simplifying my rojutine latelyy and i loveee the deep conmditioner,but is it ok if i jsut use the ors shampoo and deep conditioner then seal with a bit of oil since those products are already super moisturizing to my hair vs wash shampoo leave in,heat protectant and seal? i feel that it is too much minipulation and moisture for my hair lol and speaking of the moisture protein balance i feel that it would be too much?

alos trying to figure ojut is combing hair once a day or once every two days over minipulating the hair?i do tbhsi when i am moisturizing and sealing..but i comb very gently in sections then i style..i not sure if that is good or not..also how doyu yopu maintain moosture and protein balance if our hair needs moisture multiple times a week while our hair doesent need protein multiple times a week? hope that makes sence!

heyy girl i have one question..my hair is really full and healthy but when i comb i get a couple of short pieces of haie that come out i wash deep condition and use moisture and seal with oils and alos keep up with my ends alot .it is not extreme breakage but still would like to know what could possible be the reason or if it is noraml for around 5-6 short pieces? i alos dont get excessive shedding or alot of shedding at all.i would say i dont use alot of protein of what i know of tho. thank youuu i been holding this in forever now trying to solve on my ownn.love you channel btww.
