    That video is mote than unexpected... Beacause 6 days ago, after living a very hard experience and meditating for a lot of time, i decided to change the course of my life and who i was as a person.
    What i learned is that some traits you have can't just disappear. Deleting a part of your personality is kind of killing a part of yourself. Some can be altered trough meditation and such, but some can't. But i managed to change my "strictness" towards myself and allowed myself to live for real and have fun. 6 days ago, i had the most mentally painful day i've had in years, if that makes sense.
    But my advise to anyone who want to change would be to not try and delete a part of themselves. Rather, make a deal with yourself. Some decisions are so hard to take you can't just decide to tell it to yourself, like in your head. Personnally i had to physically seal a treaty, wich can sound very wierd to people, especially since i'm not at all someone spiritual... But somehow making a physical treaty and sealing it was the only way for me to accept taking my decision. Of course, when i applied the seal, it really had a deep meaning for me, i took it really seriously, at least my mind did for some reason, and that's all what matters. It wasn't really a treaty as we'd imagine tho, it was much more adapted to me, but i'd encourage anyone to mediate on themselves, and when they are sure if they want to change, they can try to find something meaningful to physically do. A ritual, in short, regardless of how strange it might sound at first.
    Ps : if you decide to quit gossip, quit believing people who keep insulting kothorix and who say horrible things about him. Trust me, he isn't a bad person at all.

    When I was 12 I wanted to grow my confidence about my body I was very skinny and I hated going swimming and people staring at how skinny I was I was basically a walking skeleton i hated that now that I’m in good shape at 17 I don’t mind or care what people say 5 years later since then a lot has changed about myself alone

      you're super lucky im still a walking skeleton and i am literally incapable of gaining a good amount of weight and struggle to accept my body as it is because it just isn't healthy and i hate having to cry over it all the time, i just like, wish to have a better body

      The one thing I just did is eat and eat and eat a lot every single day being a teenager my weight almost always stays the same rn I’m 127+ lbs when I was 12 I was only 67 lbs working out for me has helped my confidence insanely I’m fit,strong,healthy and happy never give up as long as you keep your head up eventually you’ll get there

      I understand what you're going through. Remember to love yourself first and that you don't have to prove anything with your body. Your body is not disgusting and its beautiful skinny or fat. If you genuinely want to gain weight I'd recommend eating more frequently and larger amounts slowly overtime. Focus on not doing too much cardio or stressing too much because you could lose weight as well. Add more sauces and condiments to your foods to add in extra calories never skip meals or delay them. Eats lots of proteins and carbs as well. You can ingest more sugar and soft drinks but that will not be good for you internally so I'd recommend keeping that in moderation. Its frustrating I know but slowly overtime build these new eating habits and let the pounds slowly add on overtime and you'll be up to a healthy weight I promise. Stay positive, love yourself and don't give up

    Seether, I can completely relate to you. I’m very pessimistic, anxious, and I’m never confident in myself. Sometimes cutting out the negative and shutting it down helps so much. It also sometimes helps to talk to someone and get something off your chest.Keep up the great content, and keep your head high, man. :)

    A few months ago I had my self confidence completely destroyed by somebody else who said the exact same thing he said in the video.
    I was talking about how everything I do (except for making art) always ends in failure, no matter how much effort I put into them, mostly me struggling in my increasingly nonsensical job searching to please an abusive relative. (I already have a job since 2018 at the time of this comment.) Then a stranger on Discord gave me that self confidence speech related to my art, even though I explained for an hour that I was perfectly confident in making art & it was mostly about everything else IRL, then I realized that he ignored everything that had said until I aggressively had to explain that I was trying to find a job.
    Then I had tried to explain for a week that my self confidence was previously not related to art & waiting for an apology from him, then he blocked & made fun of me for those reasons. That's how I completely lost my confidence, interest in making art, & became a (potentially masochistic) perfectionist. All because some jerk gave that self confidence speech without even listening to why I felt that way in the first place, then later used said speech to harm me even further to completely destroy my love for making art & make me feel even worse about myself.
    ...And that's why I disliked the video.

    Ya I can see allot of what your saying & am trying to do allot of it. Mainly being more healthy is where I need more work. But sadly most of the toxic people I need to do something about is family.

    I'm afraid of putting in the effort because I don't want to end up failing and get shit on by a bunch of people and just have to pretend laugh while in reality I just want to disappeared

      If someone is going to give you s***t because you want to better yourself try and call them on their bs, if not, get the heck away from them, it's not going to get better, also, even if you can't be perfect or you have to backtrack on some stuff or don't find the time or energy to do others, that's ok, take breaks or steps if it works for you, as long as your end goal is "to be better" and not "to be perfect" (witch is easier said than done, but absolutely posible) you'll be more than fine.
      For me it's easier to do small things first (like drink more water or reduce some stuff in your diet) and take bigger steps once you feel comfortable
      Also, sorry for the bad english

      Its depends on where you're at in life. Just make sure to get a steady job so you can have some money to start off/prep for leaving. Try to get your driver's license first though if you can.
