I just have to say!!! I made my new schedule kind of similar to your daily and weekly schedule and I have never been this productive while also having time for myself and time to relax! It just didn’t happen for me. I would work until I went to sleep, or wake up too late and barely get anything done, or get work done but completely neglect my body, but NOW after following this schedule template it has helped me soooo much thank you for sharing 🤍🤍
