As a teenager I snuck out of my bedroom window to meet my friends. My dad meeted me in his under wear pointing a 22 pistol at me. I told him the dogs barking woke me up and I was chasing them off. I never tried to sneak out again. LOL
Phil is right, some people tell you anything so you have to be cautious. I’m on property I’ve named “Lords Island” where I’m preparing to build A Resting Place Retreat Center (Mark 6:31-32). When I first arrived I anchored my 37’ boat about 150’ out from the bay side of Lord’s Island. I go to shore to run errands in my dinghy & one day at the public boat launch I was greeted by a guy who told me he didn’t like where I was anchored because he cuts across the bay there with his tours. I told him about the vision God gave me, so he’d only have to adjust course a few yards and that we need to get along because we’re going to be neighbors. I’ve continued to remained polite and ignored his rude comments including “people who live aboard their boats are called trash” ~ Just replied that’s not what Jesus calls me. Later he asked me 2 times {just weeks apart} how my anchor line was, I replied “ It’s fine because a retired special ops military man had set it for me. Coincidently next month during a storm something interesting happened. . . Holy Spirit directed me to go outside on the aft deck, it didn’t make sense, but after 40 + years of following Jesus I just obey and quickly understood why. My boat started drifting towards the ICW! I prayed, reminded God that He’d given me this vessel, provided for it to be transported from TX to Fl, He’d given me this vision and favor to acquire this property so If HE wanted me to complete it HE was going to have to help me! Immediately the boat turned and Captain Jesus parked it perfectly along side Lords Island! Afterwards I discovered my anchor line had been cut half to 3/4 the way through. The bullying has continued & God only knows if it was him or someone else behind my anchor line being cut (no where to rub on my boat to cause such a straight cut), and I feel bad for the two dead raccoons (1 placed by where I tie my dinghy and other maggot filled and put in my truck bed), but every time I see him cut across the bay where I was previously anchored I pray for his (and whoever else may be involved) salvation.. I met a guy in my backyard one time that claimed to be with the cable company… I knew better… I lifted my shirt and exposed my pew pew… I told him "you got 10 seconds to get back over my LOCKED gate before I either pull this, or let my dog out and my dog can reach the gate in 4 seconds…." He took off and I let my bull mastiff out… she had him on the ground and held him until the police came… she never hurt him… just held him…. Called the cable company and they had NO ONE out in my area fixing anything…. Turned out this guy had moved into the rental house behind mine and he was accessing the cable box that is in my back yard to steal cable… he was arrested for trespassing and his land lord revoked his contract… if he had done this a day later, his landlord wouldn't have been able to revoke the contract… he had 5 days to either keep the tenant or tell them To get the heck out…. He was thankful that he found out this guy was a bum…

My dad was a commercial freshwater fisherman when I was growing up.Every logger head that was still good he kept out his hoop nets. He would make a sauce picqan and a turtle soup. He could build a hoop net from a ball of string. People would come from all over Louisiana buying nets and getting there’s patched. He wanted to teach me. I would give anything if I would have leaned how. It’s not many people can do that anymore. It’s easier just to buy the nets now. He had a science behind it. He would say the hoops would vibrate in the current and not catch fish if they weren’t put in net right. If a flue wasn’t setting just perfect he would redo it
When I lived in Texas, my old, unwell dog started barking hysterically in our backyard which was surrounded by high fences. I grab my *tool* and head out there to find a man in my backyard 😏 He said he was from the power company fixing our meter. I was as mad as all get out! 1. I yelled at him in disbelief informing him that I could have sh0t him! 2. He could’ve knocked on my front door and I would have put the dog in the house and unlocked the high gate. He climbed over that tall, locked gate into a yard with a dog that potentially could have torn him to pieces and/or got sh0t by the owner. 🤦🏻♀ Absolutely unbelievable the stupidity shown by that foolish man. Anytime they needed to access our meter from that time on, they knocked on our front door. At least the lesson was learned.

I pray that Phil finds out how that power employee, with no identifying uniform, I pray that Phil finds out HOW that power employee got onto his(Phil’s) private property, past the gate. That power employee disregarded the gate AND Phil’s family AND Phil’s property illegally. That power employee acted with NO respect for Phil and Phil’s family. AND that power company KNEW that they should have INFORMED that employee BEFORE he acted with NO regard and NO respect for a well known Phil Robertson and his response towards a “suddenly there non-uniformed” person.
As a utility worker, that electric worker did wrong. He MUST WEAR SAFETY VEST AND HAVE A VISIBLE ID when on personal property. That's why the electric company did not have an issue... that guy was an idiot.

You guys are good godly men. However on this Entergy situation, I have to call it what it is, False. My husband is an Entergy lineman and I also personally know the lineman who approached your door. It’s something they have done many times out of courtesy for you because of who you are. He knocked on your door, announced himself and he was fully clothed in Entergy attire. He had his Entergy hat and shirt on. Please don’t misrepresent this situation. I think anyone at that time of the morning would have come to the door with a gun. There’s nothing wrong with protecting yourself and your home. So don’t misrepresent it by falsifying details. Also, the generator provides power to your home. Not your gate. They came across the gate just like they do anytime the power is out. It’s unfortunate that this became a “save face” for Mr Phil. He wasn’t in the wrong at all until he started with the falsehoods.

You guys are good godly men. However on this Entergy situation, I have to call it what it is, False. My husband is an Entergy lineman and I also personally know the lineman who approached your door. It’s something they have done many times out of courtesy for you because of who you are. He knocked on your door, announced himself and he was fully clothed in Entergy attire. He had his Entergy hat and shirt on. Please don’t misrepresent this situation. I think anyone at that time of the morning would have come to the door with a gun. There’s nothing wrong with protecting yourself and your home. So don’t misrepresent it by falsifying details. Also, the generator provides power to your home. Not your gate. They came across the gate just like they do anytime the power is out. It’s unfortunate that this became a “save face” for Mr Phil. He wasn’t in the wrong at all until he started with the falsehoods.
