Final Day at Sea! | 7-Night Disney Alaska Wonder Cruise Vlog 8 | 25th Disney Cruise Line May 2023

- Join us for our final day at sea during our 7-night cruise aboard the Disney Wonder out of Vancouver, CA to the South Sawyer Glacier, Skagway, Juneau, and Ketchikan, Alaska!
It’s hard to believe it’s our last full day aboard the Disney Wonder - but we plan to make the most of it! After a nice sleep in, we head off to the character dance party for some fun with the Fab 5. Then it’s lunch time at Cabanas, followed by some exploration around the ship - including dropping off pixie dust, checking on ducks, and more trivia with our friends Zach and Corey!
Once it’s dinner time, we head over to Animator’s Palate for some drawing and animation fun - plus some yummy food of course! The night concludes with a special goodnight show with characters galore, followed by an interview with our friends Lauren and Shawn (congrats you two!). We conclude the video and this series by giving a couple tips and our overall thoughts on how amazing this whole trip has been. A big thank you to the Disney Wonder crew and our newfound friends for making this the trip of a lifetime!
While this is our last Alaska vlog, we plan to release a lot more adventures in the future - including more cruises! Leaving the wonder and spectacle of a Disney cruise is truly heartbreaking. Every one of the three DCL cruises we've been on revive my sense of joy and love for the world. That honest people being kind to each other makes a difference. The staff from all over the world are incredible people that will keep us coming back to DCL for many more years.
We're going on an Alaskan cruise this June and the video was helpful in selecting excursions which we're excited to experience.
You're Alaskan journey was astonishing to watch, the fun and spirited adventures you take are inspiring to me to get out there and explore our beautiful planet. Thanks Cheyenne and Cody for bringing us along. We wish you all the best in 2024!

Really got a kick out of Cheyenne hiding the ducks. Great work, so fun to watch. Sad that Disney has discouraged hiding ducks. Also, was good to know that your stateroom is only a few doors down from ours so, it really enlightened us on what our views would be.

They still had some Alaska merch on the Australian cruises. It felt so strange. We had no Captain Mickey/minnie plush, but we had Alaska Mickey

Thanks for sharing the last part. On the 4 night Aussie cruises they did the drawing in animators palate. Mine was our very first night and I don’t recommend it that way. So hectic getting to dinner and meeting servers THEN having to draw.
Yes, that is a very good tip, especially for new cruisers!! Sometimes it's hard to change your rotational dining, but definitely worth the ask to rearrange your schedule if it falls like that

We are going this summer so it’s been so fun watching your vlogs! The train excursion makes me nervous I’d hate for it to break! The helicopter 🚁 OMG incredible but I’m toooooo scared 😅. Me and my wife love your videos and basically binged watched them. We eagerly await your next series of videos and hope you are able to put out more and more overtime but realize you aren't full time vloggers (yet?) but believe you should be as your interactions are wholesome and true, much like our other favorite couple Ordinary Adventurers. Keep up the good work. With that being said we are getting ready to leave on our first cruise in a couple days to see how we like it and if we want to continue, this will be the first ship I've been on and not had to work (ex-Navy) so looking forward to it. Again, thank you for the kind comments on our videos. We LOVE making them but definitely can’t do it full time haha. We tend to have some breaks in between our videos because we have to save up some money, and get time off from work haha! We are very excited though because we do have a few non Disney videos planned as well as another Disney cruise booked for the end of July! So we will definitely have more fun coming out, we are just slow with releasing it 😂

Our first and only cruise was on Disney Wonder 12 years ago. It wasn’t Alaska but return from LA to Vancouver…..home is a short 1:35 hour ferry boat away.

We are doing well! We had a bit of a health scare with Cheyenne, but she is doing well now!

We've seen a lot of positive comments about guest services on the ships saying that duck hiding hasn't stopped, so we're hoping to continue the tradition on our next cruise!

We did have to take a small break due to intense job stuff at the end of last year, so that might be why! Cheyenne is also having surgery soon, so we've got another break coming up, but we have some fun announcements coming soon!
