Hi Jim, thank you very much for all the information and support you provide to everyone! For the last four months, I am tracking 40,000 open cases for K1 Fiancé Visa and I can say that there is nobody jumping the line. USCIS is adjudicating the cases in somewhat chronological order, but they have very inefficient way of distributing the cases amongst the agents. It seems that there are batches of cases that are stuck in NOA1 status and left behind for several weeks or months longer than all the other cases around them. Then all of the sudden USCIS reviews all of them within few days. There was 96 NOA1 cases from March 11, 2022 left unattended for six weeks longer than all the other March cases and then USCIS reviewed 92 of those cases within 3 days at the end of June 2023. I would love to see if there is a way to advocate for those forgotten/misplaced/lost cases. USCIS is currently reviewing cases from August and July 2022, But there are 902 NOA1 cases from previous months that are left with almost no attention from USCIS and no recourse.
I would love to get in touch with someone in California Service Center to discuss the data and improve on their case distribution! It would be amazing if you could help!

@@HackingImmigrationLawLLC Hi Jim, Thank you for your invitation! I would love to see if there is anyway to help all the forgotten cases and if we can reach someone in USCIS. It should be fairly simple fix to have few agents dedicated to sweep older cases that are left in NOA1 status.
USCIS improved a lot in the last few months. They are currently reviewing over 1,500 K1 Fiance Visa cases every week and they do their best to get almost everyone approved. 60% of the cases get straight approval and the rest gets RFE. I see most RFE cases are approved within 2 - 4 weeks after USCIS receives the response. At the end, less then 2% of the cases are denied.
USCIS has a lot to improve and they can be much faster in processing the cases, but they do a great job to make sure your package is complete and you are not missing anything. Consider that you will be using the same information for years - adjustment of status, Green card application, Naturalization.

Do I get a notice or acknowledgment of the change of address on my USCIS account or by mail or do they just update my profile?

Hi! Question-can I keep my mailing address the same, even if I move? For ex, staying with family until I can afford an apartment, so my family would let us know if I receive anything after moving out (in about 6-12 months). Thank you!!

The rule says you're supposed to update your address within 10 days of moving. When you don't do this, I think it causes problems. I have a few videos on this. Jim.

The illegal immigrants are piling up in NYC streets, the residents are angry. Slow the flow please. Democrats are losing support among city folk (many of which are minority)
