Hope Frost actually says some positive things as well during timeouts. Constantly flaming just hurts the team’s confidence imo. Alecks for example when it’s timeout he never flames the PRX guys despite all the brain dead shit

True, but at the same time I wonder if they knew that FrosT's coaching style was like that and that's why they brought him in. Because I feel that the old Talon/XERXIA/X10 roster's problem was that they didn't really play as a "professional" team should, and I think that crws (being the last member of that old roster) knows that and wanted to bring in someone who would like beat them down for messing up so that they keep grounded to their goals and keep trying to improve. Idk though, that's just my guess though because to bring in a coach all the way from the other side of the planet has to mean something like there has to be a reason as to why they did it yk?
