Tail Light Assembly & New LED Bulb Replacement for ’04 thru ’08 F 150 Trucks

- Learn how I replace the Tail Light Assembly and add LED bulbs for additional reliability and brightness. I replace the stock OEM Tail Light Assemblies with the same OEM style assembly, but use the least expensive Rock Auto TYC tail lights. When I do this replacement, I learn how to modify the Tail Light; I will do another video to show this cool modification.

@@StilesAutomotive Thanks so much for the prompt reply. I just find them amazing considering the fact that they don't require a fan to keep them cool. Hopefully, I will be doing mine over the weekend. Thanks for the great tutorial. Wondering if you have any upcoming mods to the truck, really enjoy the inside LEDs and the alterations made for the floor panel.
@@Vene305Rican Agree on the heat issue, but these Bulbs are not as many watts as a Headlight Bulb, these Bulbs do have 2 funny looking Wings on which are probably for heat. For upcoming videos, I have a 2004 thru 2008 F-150 Dual Battery Design, Fabrication & Installation video, which adds a second battery to the Truck. Again, thanks for the comments! - Stiles
How did you cure the fast blinking after installing the led bulbs
Matthew, I didn't do anything to reduce the speed, it was faster, but not fast enough to cause me to investigate a change. The flasher module is on the Passenger Compartment Fuse Panel and not changeable, I believe. You could add a relay so you are not adding load to the Turn Signal Circuit. - Stiles
