    Learning to do my own hair, with the CCCA spot and with the new style was...a challenge nonetheless. Check out my full new blowout and silk press routine: ruclips.net/video/_imPzS0GGP4/видео.html

      Are you on PRP. Or are you using steroid injection. 🙆🏽‍♀️

    Hello, protective styles and just one product the Nutrafol would really work. When our body has to much where putting in can really rattle our immune system. Stick to one agenda could definitely work. I’m starting the Nutrafol by itself and the design vitamin oil that’s it. Good luck on your journey God bless.

      Yes a consistent routine that your hair and body can get used to I've seen helps the most for me too!

    Girl I have a similar patch rn. I think that stress caused mine as well. Currently protective styling and trusting that it would help.

      When I got braids it helped my spot grow out SO much! Even try rosemary oil on that spot everyday and hopefully that helps too!

    This happened to me. Till this day, I’m wondering where the hair actually went, lol because I never saw anything. But I found out I had a serious vitamin d deficiency. My hair is back now

      Yes I also started taking more Vitamin D!

      @@thedevindiaries also try moon juice hair vitamins. It helped. I took as well as my regular vitamin d.

    My hair also fell out when I stopped injections. That was about 4 or 5 years ago. It’s grown back now, but I still have the tenderness in that area.

      I have some tenderness too! What did you do to help your spot after you stopped the injections?

    I wonder if it’s just as effective if you’ve had weight-loss surgery that’s my reason for my hair, not being as thick.

      That's a good question...a dermatologist or other doctor might know but I'd say it might be able to still help if your hair follicles aren't completely destroyed

    Do you suffer from PCOS? women with hormonal imbalance experience hair loss.

    • @thedevindiaries
      @thedevindiaries  Год назад

      I don't but have heard this also! They think it is stress induced, something with my hormones doesn't handle cortisol well so causes and inflammation and scarring under my scalp in that area. Working out has helped a LOT!

      @@thestarskissjudy hair loss does not automatically mean PCOS. Many people (like me) have experienced hair loss and DO NOT have PCOS. In fact, i was diagnosed with CCCA a few years ago and then 3 years later when I did another biopsy, they realized that I didn't actually have CCCA but whatever I did have manifested in a way that looked like CCCA. Doctors do not know exactly, what causes CCCA. They suspect it's stress. Some doctors suspect that it is caused by an imbalance and inflammation in the gut area.
