Nevada really is beautiful. I like the little oasis and wild donkeys. Fun at the campsite with your neighbors and their toy trucks. Shortcuts are always better when they have beautiful scenery. I liked all the old west music too. 👍15
@@CraigKoppel thanks Craig. This part of the trip kept surprising me. People always say Nevada is ugly, but when you get off the beaten path there are some real gems!
Another great video. You two are doing what I always hoped to do in my retirement. Unfortunately for me, life intervened, I'm still working, and I'm too old to be doing any long-distance road trips now. So keep on producing the videos, and I'll enjoy vicariously.
@@williamwallace9826 thank you so much for the kind comment and the reminder to do the things you enjoy while you still can as you never know what life will throw at you. I hope you're able to get out for some adventures, no matter how close to home. I'll happily continue making videos knowing people enjoy them.
Yes it is. They are sold for 5 gallon drinking water bottles. We purchased ours on Amazon, it has a USB rechargeable battery. The one that we bought shows not available, but there are many others available. We do remove it during travel. www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B087QFGYSM?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

I watched this the other night on my TV. Looked like an awesome trip. I got a chuckle out of the rock crawler RC cars :)

It was a pleasure meeting you two! Love your rig, it's nice seeing older unique builds out getting used. Happy trails! Maybe we'll cross paths again!
@@slobert1970 it was nice meeting you as well. We'll continue to follow along on your RUclips adventures. Thanks for watching!
Looks amazing that place Heather.
@@huntercoleman460 it was such an unexpected surprise. Definitely the best camping spot of the trip 👍
Love the MJ. I have to make it a priority to get mine back on the trail.

@@PrimalOutdoors thank you, this area was a real surprise. We will go back and explore more some day.
I like your Jeep. Are they still called a Jeep Honcho?
@OdySlim this one is a Jeep Comanche, but they did make a Jeep Honcho earlier in the 80's
How hot was it?
@@Buywithbrigitte707 it got into the 90's most days of the trip, which feels like 100 in the Comanche 🥵.
