Just wanted to post in here 1.5 years later! I used photos from Pinterest and I just wanted to restate that I have addressed this and made up for it by actually creating gradients in another video. Because it’s just a mock-up project for a video I haven’t had any legal issues with it but I have not and wouldn’t use any pinterest photos for future projects!
Hi Paola, great video thanks! Love seeing your process. Quick question though -- are you legally allowed to use an artwork (in this case the gradients from Pinterest) as they are for your own work?
so- because this is just an imagined brand there’s no issue. It would be an issue if I decided to sell this or claim that it was mine! Like I would never use the gradients for a client and let them take those photos as their own
Wonderful video, love these whole process videos!! I would love to see some videos about more of the technical aspect of how to format your designs, save them, the appropriate formats for physical printing vs. saving a project for digital use, bleeds, etc. Thanks so much!! ❤️
Hey Hi! I'm a graphic design freshgraduates would like to ask is that appropriate if we saved Pinterest images to become background design like you did in 13:00 😯 Cause sometimes I would do that too but...not feeling good if we use others image😓 hope can get advices from you or every designer🤚🏼
Hi so I do this just when making imagined brands! Because I’m not selling this or giving it to a client it’s ok. I just give credit or make a note when posting it or putting it in my portfolio
Hi- this video is from over 1 year ago and I have since addressed this! Since it’s a mock-up project and I’m just sharing these photos for this video, I haven’t run into any issues. But I get what you’re saying and I haven’t used any photos from Pinterest in my projects since
@@PaolaKassa No worries! I’ve been watching your other videos right after this one (including the one you where you make gradients), really enjoy them. 💕
@@PaolaKassa We’re all learning! And the fact you keep designing more and more projects is inspiring. As a graphic designer myself, I’m totally amazed by your creative process.
Hi Paola! Thank you so much for this video !!!! If you don't mind, could you please let me know about freelance sites where we can check out for good projects. That would be of great help🤗
I have my own new business and I’ve been sketching for 3 years but graphic design is so new, I’m a beginner and your videos are so helpful. So glad that I’ve found you🤍 Edit: what advice would you give beginners like me?

Can anyone recommend a tutorial for making those gradients that she used towards the end?
Just type in “abstract gradient photoshop / illustrator” and you’ll find a couple videos!
@@somewhereintok Thank you for the hot tip! My quest for finding the perfect gradient tutorial continues 😌

I like it. But a little disappointed you used those gradients from Pinterest. Not sure if their license allow you to.

What's the second typeface below the one you chose? In the part where you're deciding between the two fonts? Thank you!
Absolutely Gorgeous and ginius loved this ♥️
i love this
Can you make a video of how we can come up of our own logo as graphic designers? I don't know where to start😅❤
So usefull! Thanks

Good job Kassa ❤
this is amazing
Do you know how to make the gradients?
I could do a future video on gradients! I just used the images as like a marketing tactic for this video
i loved
Hi is that branding up for sale ? Thank you
Uh, you need to package this and sell the brand.
what's the font in your thumbnail?
Sis is that a rose gold MacBook Air I see?? Is it any good for graphic design? 😭
omg nooo it’s a space gray MacBook Pro! I just have an orange light I think it made it look different on camera🙃 oops
Nice video!
How can I reach your freelance business?
Where do find all these mock-ups?
they're linked in the description!
What is the first type called? I really like it too
it's called jangkuy! I found it on behance
How do you come up with your fake brand names? I feel like that’s the hardest part! 😁
LOL at least as designers we don’t usually have to! I just like doing it for my fake brands bc it feels like I’m starting a company
@@PaolaKassa Haha yess definitely adds to the fun. For my fun projects I always feel like it so hard to even come up with the brand name! 😆
Are you taken ?
niceeeeee
Love from 🇵🇰
could you please make a video about how to make the gradients like the one at 12:57 ? (Circle gradients)
they're not gradients made by her
@@violindacanal yeah i know but maybe she knows how to make them :)
first😍🥰♥️
Not really feeling this logo at all sorry
