Elaine going to be fine, I can see her coming out next year only targeting the 100M world record, if she does that it would not having her running a-lot of races which would conserve her energy..
And when she accomplish that it would carry the same weight as the Olympic triple double..
She can easily get it done by it quietly choosing to race on all the fast tracks around..
Coach Walcott can get to run 10.6 along with her speed she can smash that 100m world record and add it to her already impressive résumé..

Osborne will establish herself as a top coach, I have mad respect for her, Levell will be a major problem next season, he is a good student to the sport. On the male side the most improved athlete, he is a solid back strech runner.
4 x 100 Akeem, Level, Seville, Kishane...., I would love to see Noah with a 3 meter lead ...., that will give us a front seat to Kishane turbo charge afterburner.....

This is my arrangement for the relay team as well. Oblique on that 3rd leg will be be a game changer like Blake in 2012. Akeem will give us a great start and Brian will hold his own against anyone in the world as a sub 10 runner. Wouldn't put him on the 3rd leg because Osborne said the weakest part of his running is the curve. Kishane to get the baton in a good position and dun di place.

4*100m relay squad should be Blake, Levell, Oblique and Kishane in that order. Coleman won't run away from Blake on 1st. Levell is now sub 10 and can hold his own with anyone now. Plus his coach said the weakest part of his 200m is the curve. Oblique will replicate what Yohan did in 2012 no matter who's on 3rd with him. Kishane getting the baton with a good exchange and Oblique's incoming speed will be fire. If these guys can remain healthy and continue to improve thay relay gold should be ours. Of course taking gold and another medal in the 100m will be a major confidence booster going into the 4*100m.

T, I’ve always been impressed by this yute’s style and talent since Champs days. Hear me out. I’m almost glad that he got injured to slow him down, as I feel strongly that Champs often burn out many talented youngsters and hinder their development. He’ll probably be one of our most talented athletes for years to come if his niggles are managed well. Shanikie Osbourne is a good coach, but we must say that she faltered in her financial negotiations with the ETH camp by letting that fellow negotiate on her behalf. I’m sure that she’s more knowledgeable about such issues now, and we look forward to seeing her great coaching.

In all fairness we don't have the full details of the negotiation. Coach Obsurne gave an interview with Mr. Levy stating that she wanted to be paid, which was the standard rate. The Herahs thought it was too high because she has her contract before Coach Obaurne, which is understandable. But I can't recall her mentioning anything about the negotiation.
Unfortunately, Elaine isn't a typical althete & needs extra attention due to her pre-existing injuries. It's unfortunate that it didn't work out but I'm glad that Coach Osborne can focus on other athletes.

    • @CharmGreen-l2c
      @CharmGreen-l2c 3 месяца назад

Her husband wanted it all or to pay below the normal rate like what other top athletes do. Now she is paying dearly. He is the problem. He could not get her ready for WC last year , yet Osbourne! helped her improved her time and managed her injury. There she goes again running from Franno and Osbourne clearly did not pay off! If something doesn’t need fixing don’t break it. Elaine agreed to pay and the husband said no! He now should be out running for her because he’s to be blamed. The husband was, is and will continue to be a problem. Love your husband but take him out of your decisions as it relates to the coaches.

@Onenation4164 I want the opposite for her, she should follow frano instructions, I don’t want her to run any other race until the warm ups for the Olympics…,
These coaches around the world gather data and information on her to figure out how to beat her..
I’m pretty sure Sharika is running really faster time in practice against the 21.41 data her coach already have on her.
And he is also tapering her to run against both the 10.65 in the 100M and the 21.41 which she ran in one season..
These coaches and their athletes already confused for not seeing anything on Sharika this season to use against her,.
Because frano the mad scientist is not showing his hands, not this Olympic season,
Kishane Thompson went against instructions with his massive display of speed, this is why Francis was telling him to shut it down, but he is new to frano systems.

Heavyweight Shericka Jackson is still heavy. Shericka lost to a teenager. Shericka is the most gifted sprinter. She’s a world-Class sprinter in the 400 meters, 200 meters, 100 meters. However, she can’t stop eating hotdogs and doughnuts. Shericka is only a 10.84 sprinter. If ShaCarri Richardson was a Jamaican, she would have easily beaten Shericka in the 200 meters Jamaican trails and easily made both 200 meters and 100 meters with the fastest time in both events. Kishane Thompson will break Usain Bolt record so y’all can stop bragging on Usain Bolt. Yes, I’m an American and I’m a fan of Kishane Thompson. Noah Lyles will beat a school Kishane and Seville in the 100 meter and 200 meter this year but I’m scared what Kishane Thompson may do in the future.

I have a feeling Franno is playing mind games with Shericka last year she ran quite a lot before the World Championship and the Americans had her measure watching her. This year he is playing making sure they do not know what to expect and they cannot be sure which makes them uncertain and Shericka will then have the surprise. Listening to Shericka and Franno you have to read between the lines he loves to play mind games.

@waynejudgment That 19 kid that ran 19.97 is not running to win today, tomorrow he will dominate…
The us had a crazy mans 100m team in 2022 in Eugene, you can’t say that now in 2024..
Those young Jamaican kids who was 19 and 20 years old in 2022 now they ready to rumble, they are jogging 9.82s and 9.77s and shutting it down early..
You will see 19.7s and 19.6s coming out of Jamaica sooner than you think,
      A 17 year old just ran 20.50
and a bunch of 22 and 23 year old running between 20.40 and 20.10s what you think going to happen later?
Just remember which owns the first and second fastest times in the 100M and 200M..

Athletic Analytic: Merits in Minutiae Preparedness for Sprint Competitions at the Olympic Games
    ABSTRACT:
The Jamaican triumvirate of the female-flat sprint--Shericka Jackson (10.84 seconds), Tia Clayton (10.90 seconds), and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce (10.94 seconds)--should make focal the minutiae of healthful preparedness and indulge a resolute penchant for mind-body conditioning to realize unrivaled results at the olympic games. Making focal the minutiae of healthful preparedness for the olympic games should entail: (a) for Jackson, (i) at most 4.495 calories¹ of dietary intakes of macronutrients to facilitate the metabolism (95% substrate) and aerobics (0.85 Respiratory-Exchange Rate (RER))²'³ that will be generative of requisite strength and agility; (ii) for Clayton, at most 2,922 caloric sustenance⁴ from macronutrients to support metabolism (85% Substrate), in concert with aerobics (0.60 RER),⁵'⁶ to enhance exertion-endurance and flexion-agility; (iii) for Fraser-Pryce, at most 2,150 caloric consumption⁷ of macronutrients--to be metabolized (84% Substrate) through aerobics (0.54 RER)--with the quest of resilience and optimal-flexion turnovers.⁸'⁹ (b) Implications for benefits that will be afforded from making focal healthful preparedness (weight, caloric intake, metabolism, and RER) are (i) for Jackson, scaling in time at 10.75 (± 0.12527) seconds¹⁰ at 100 meters and circa 21.68 seconds at 200 meters; (ii) for Clayton, plateauing at circa 10.76 seconds¹¹ at 100 meters and circa 21.80 seconds at 200 meters: i.e., 200 meters for strength training; (iii) for Frasier-Pryce, scaling at 10.77 (± 0.12689) seconds¹² at 100 meters and circa 21.88 seconds at 200 meters: I.e., 200 meters for strength training.
