Hey bro, I just built my new PC like a week and a half ago, And i struggled mounting my AIO but finally got there, i say the hardest part of the whole build was fitting my fingers into tight spaces and fitting my AIO onto the CPU lol, great video bro
When putting the cpu cooler dont forget to peel the plastic off from the heatsink.. My friend forgot to peel off and played a game. The temp went 90c and crash.. Good thing his cpu didn't melt down (he use amd ryzen 5 gen3)
I got my ryzen 3600 for just $54 on facebook market place (slightly used) and I could say it still a good processor for every task that I used on a daily basis.
the tiny screw on the front ssd slot has to be removed, that screw/nut thing holds the nvme into the slot and allows another screw for the black heatsink to be screwed into, 990 pro is a gen4 ssd, only the slot at the front is gen 4 the one at the back is gen 3, which basically cuts performance by alot
@EBK_STORMrb that's without the $120 powersupply being In stock. I spent about $1500 on this (including tax) since some of the parts weren't on sale and were just more expensive, $1500 may be "overpriced" but I don't mind. I got what I wanted and it works great
at 2:42 you can see theres a standoff under the ssd. That should not be there for 2280 m.2 lenghth. manual should provide instructions how to properly install the card.
1:38 I bent 5 pins trying to change my paste (exact same cpu btw) but I somehow managed to fix em and it worked just fine, although it was a big gamble on placing it back in the socket ngl I had to play a bit more around it
I have the pcpartpicker list in the description so if you'd like you can take a look at that. it costed around $1300 (a few of the parts have down in price since I bought them, such as the gpu) I added about $100 - $150 for tax, then rounded up a bit for the title!
@@PeytonToenjes I think you should have spent less on the MOBO and used that extra 50 dollars to get a 5600x, much faster performance, and leaves room for future GPU upgrades.
Thank you! An AIO would've definitely worked, but the r5 3600 is cooled so easily, especially by the default wraithe cooler that an AIO would be crazy overkill!

It surprisingly has really good airflow. On the side and bottom of the front panel, there are vents so the front fans can pull in air. And for exhaust, the back and top also have vents! My gpus max temperature at full load has only gotten to 72c, and cpu 70c
My gaming laptop broke so im saving up for a 1300 dollar pc, it has a rtx 3060, ryzen 7 8 cores, 12 threads and 3.4 ghz which is a massive jump from my ryzen 5 2.4ghz and 6 cores and 8 threads im also grtting 16 gb ram which is a jump from 8 i might even get 32 gb ddr5 ram which would be nice! Good job on your first build. The only thing that I can't understand is why you are using the 2 RGB-fans in the front. Seems like you can't even see them. I would've used the original case fans there.
To be honest, i feel like this person went for looks other than performance, for 1.5k you should be getting a way better gpu and cpu, but Its not my money its his so im just glad he enjoys his pc
I was able to build a 12600K and RTX 4070 PC for $1950 cdn so around $1470 USD which includes tax (would be even less if bought in the US since tax is less)
with a 1500$ build u couldve squeezed in a i5-13600kf with any variant of the 4070, or an rx 7800 xt (if you prefer the upcoming fsr over NVidia's DLSS)

Just a quick tip bout ur mobo and ssd u shouldve checked if ur motherboard can utilize the MB/s of ur ssd because now u have a fast ssd but ur mobo cant fully use the ssd speed

@@PeytonToenjes your mobo cant actually support the speed of the SSD. I think that instead of buying those 29dls fans, you could have bought from another brand that was cheaper but not for that reason of lower quality and got a better processor. And you could buy windows on those pages where they sell them for 15dls and if they are valid, original and have no problems (just in case you change the mother board and possibly lose that license), why spend 110dls on windows? Did you buy it all in one payment? Or did you buy things over time?

Nice but you overspent on RAM storage and case and fans
I'd go for a better CPU at this budget something like an Intel i5 12400f maybe even a Ryzen 5 5600 or 5500 regardless very nice PC, cool video :)
you need that drive to be installed up front for best performance. just saying.
Is it really good for 1080p high fps ?
could u do a day in the life
Maybe, my life isn't very crazy. I may try it out in the future, though
Nice man 👍. Personally I would’ve gotten maybe a 6700xt or 6650xt because u usually get higher performance and they are usually cheaper
radeon is shit
Question is do you need a Wifi adapter?
built a ryzen 7 5700g with 4060 for around 800-900 with 16 gb 4000
You could have gotten a better value GPU but, aye, if it is aight for you :)
In the uk u could have got a 5900x and a 7900xt
r5 3600 over r5 5600 for ~$30 more is crazy.
miniITX tax on the MOBO is crazy.
3060 in any build budget is crazy.
$80 on a 1TB NVMe drive? say it with me now, CRAZY😭
why did you put it on the carpetttt
I never put it on carpet???

@mark zucchini bro, that's a kitchen counter...
Dont use the stock cooler!! You couldve also gotten a better cpu and gpu.
The stock cooler does extremely well at keeping my cpu well below high temps, unless I'm gonna be overclocking (which im not,) buying a higher end cooler would've been way over kill and a waste of money.
@@PeytonToenjes thats fair
