I have decided to do a 3 day fast of only water (and broth only if needed). My fast is based on 1 Samuel 30 and Isaiah 58. This is a healing fast. I spoke to my husband about this. He said I should have 3 days as my goal, but take it one day at a time. This will be my first time doing an extended fast without food. I need a divine healing in my body. I will be praying for you this week. Glad to have someone else fasting along side me this week. No one in my personal life knows about this other than my husband. God bless you, Charlene.
I will be praying for you. I've decided to delete a phone game from my phone because of how much I play it, and I know that it's not fruitful for me. I've played it for 3 years and so I'm sad I'm deleting it, but I know it needs to be done, so I can commit more time to my Lord and King.
