      Bad, gave me severe adrenal fatigue over 3 years from using that shit. Just drink coffee before working out and maybe some l citrulline or arginine with it

    Can you talk about Gerolsteiner Mineral Water and Mg absorption? Gerolsteiner has a high mineral content and if you believe the website, the highest Mg content compared to most others. I am confused about whether Mg is absorbed when Ca is higher than Mg. Thanks a Lot ! Love your channel!

    A couple of years ago I started taking creatine. I started consuming over a gallon water thinking it was what i was suppose to do. I started noticing I was getting more thirsty and thought it was a good thing. After a couple of weeks I started getting really weird side effects like muscle spasms, and my veins on my forehead would just pop and it felt like they were gonna burst from how hard the spasms were. I had no idea what was going on it was giving me severe anxiety. I never targeted me drinking all this water as the main culprit, I actually thought it was the supplements I was taking, even blamed the creatine. After cutting everything the weird symptoms still occurred, until one day I stopped working out and stopped drinking that amount of water, all of a sudden the weird symptoms I was having went away. I googled too much water and found out there is such a thing as over-hydration. A lot of bodybuilders and mainstream media tell us to drink all the water we want but none educate on over-hydration, which in some cases can lead to death if not caught on time. I was lucky enough to catch it before something serious happened.

    95% of the water I drink, i.e. pure water, for protien powders, soups, broths or anything else I make is distilled water. The other 5 % is the water I can't control, i.e. restaurant's, canned soups , an occasional beer, etc.

      Sanket Madaan Egg consumption has been compered to cigarette smoking in terms of promoting heart disease and there's more apart from that.I wouldn't recommend you eating eggs.

      The point is, make sure you get the electrolytes too!! Dehydration isnt just about plain water.

    I've had this twice, but the hospital said I may have diabetes insipidis. No matter how much water I drink, I'm still thirsty. 😕

      @Kahl well that is terrible news man , Start doing keto and intermittent fasting , take it very seriously , your lucky that in this day and age diabetes is a reversible disease
