My 101 year old grandma’s unforgettable delicious and tasty chinese style chicken curry using minimal ingredients that we ate growing up. So easy to do.
Ingredients
2 kg chicken cut into pieces
3 big potatoes cut into chunks
1 handful shallots roughly minced
1 big head garlic finely chopped
4-5 tbsp curry powder
Enough water
200ml think coconut milk
1 tsp mushroom granules
Marinate chicken with salt, soy sauce, sugar n curry powder for 30 mins
