Thank you for this video. I took my PMP on Saturday and probably would not have passed if it weren’t for this. I went through all 180 questions and helped me get in the right “PMI” mindset. Thanks Varun!
Amazing guy. I passed my PMP exam with AT on all domains today. Believe it or not, i watched your video one time only! You have helped me set my mind straight on wearing the PMI hat. For that, thank you Sir! Saluteeeee!
Dear Varun, I have fantastic news! I passed my PMP exam on the first try! Your RUclips videos and guidelines were incredibly helpful in developing the right PMP mindset. I truly appreciate your effort from the bottom of my heart. Your resources played a significant role in my success, especially that mock-up exam video - it was a lifesaver!
Hi Varun. I was among the first to comment on this very video, stating I got 8 over 10 in the first ten questions, starting to test myself for the exam. Roll forward today, I am now PMP Certified with 3xAT! This video + the last minute mindset one are a must for aspirants. I scored roughly 75% overall in this mock. My message to everyone: Don't let low scores discourage you. Address your gaps and you will be fine.
This video is the reason I passed the PMP exam. Went through all 180 questions across a couple of days and it helped TREMENDOUSLY!! Keep up the fantastic work and seriously, if your exam is coming up, watch this video.
I successfully achieved ABOVE TARGET scores in all three domains of the PMP exam on March 19th, 2024. Mr. Varun's 180 scenario-based questions, along with your other videos, were instrumental in my preparation and success. Your time management strategy (80, 80 & 70) proved to be extremely helpful during the exam, along with your other strategies. I'm deeply grateful for the valuable effort you put into creating these videos. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors, and thank you once again for your support.
This man, Varun, is incredible! I passed my PMP exam on my first attempt on November 2, 2024, without even reading the PMBOK or any study materials. Do you know How? I focused on two things: 1. Watching Mr. Varun’s video one and a half times in last 20 days, which helped me grasp his way of thinking and the key concepts. 2. Repeatedly taking mock tests provided by the institution where I completed my 36-hour PDU requirement. Believe it or not, I didn’t listen to a single lecture from that institution. I listened to Mr. Varun and Guatham from EDUHUB.
Many Many Congratulations !! I am really very very happy while reading this comment & glad that our video has helped you in your PMP journey. Thanks for a lovely comment !! Varun
Workaround (temporary solution until permanent solution found), Nominal Technique (when SH number high, group thinking required), Fishbowl (live link for virtual team), Spike (time-boxed research or investigation activity), Scrum of Scrum (meeting with leaders of different scrum). Thanks
I’m from Nigeria. I just passed my PMP exam. I will recommend you follow this video through the end. The questions are very similar to the real exam questions
Question 160. Did a quick google search, after implementing a risk response : You also need to update the risk register when you implement a risk response, such as avoiding, transferring, mitigating, accepting, exploiting, sharing, or enhancing a risk. Updating the risk register helps you keep track of the current risk exposure and the effectiveness of the risk responses.
Thank you so much for making this elaborative video. I took my exam on April 3rd 2024 and passed exam. I felt so confident after watching this video because this video elaborated why we choose particular answer and the reason for not selecting other choices. That was the reason for clearing my PMP exam in one go. THe structure of these 180 questions are similar to actual pmp exam and this will give you right mindset for PMP. I would suggest you guys to watch this video 1 week prior to exam and you will succeed. THank you so much Varun doing this much harwork for us.
Varun you are one in a million, always going up and above the normal for your students and those who access through your youtube channel. You are simply the greatest. We love and appreciate you and your wonderful team🙏
Thank you for the video. Actually starting from scratch for PMP and this is the first video I have watched for my PMP preparations. Now I have some clarity about PMP and their scenarios. This is just the beginning; many more preparations are needed to reach the goal.
Great, great contribution for PMP certification seekers , I have seen many many vides on PMP topic on you tube but I must admit your questions database , presentation style explanations and logic behind the answers is one of the best rather I would say not only best its unique too. There are too many videos out there on you tube but the one comparable to your's are very rare. A very good blend of easy to hard questions , I must say after watching your 180 question answer video it become visible and very clear , a NEW ANGLE , how to attempt multiple choices question answers. Thanks for your time and effort.
Thank you for all the effort in making this video. I just got my PMP exam passed today! When I was practicing with this video, I doubt whether the real questions would be so complicated and confusing. But they are!!! This video helps me a lot in turning the mindset in reading and understanding the exam question. This video is very helpful.
Just passed my pmp exam after only watching this video the day before..I can’t thank you enough on how you totally helped me apply PmP mindset to solve the questions! I recommend this video to everyone that is looking to pass on1st attempt!
I passed my PMP exam yesterday with AT in two areas and T in one. I referred this video during my preparation and this helped in setting up my mind in the right direction. Thank you so much for being an incredible part of my PMP journey. 😊
I came back here to say thank you. This is one of the videos that helped me to be ready and pass my PMP exam this September 20, 2024 with Above Target (AT) score for all domains. Thank you very much. 😊
Writing this to thank you. I took PMI exam and passed in 1st attempt today. Even though the questions are not same, but this helped me to approach each questions on right mindset. Thanks 🎉
Hello Varun, again, you are one in a million. Stumbled on your website last month and followed all your questions and advice keenly to reinforce the PM Mindset, and I just passed my PMP exam. Thank you so much. The mindset will get anyone through the PMP questions very quickly.
Thank you for this video. I was able to use this video to study and just passed my exam on the first try yesterday. I really appreciate all the time and effort that you put in.
Thank you for this video, for the question 111, the answe should be "risk register" instead of "issue log" - In the context of a data breach, the **risk register** should be updated first. This document tracks potential risks to the project and includes mitigation strategies. After addressing the risk in the risk register, you can then update the **issue log** to reflect the current situation and any actions taken to resolve the breach.
Hello Varun, Thanks a ton for this video. I'm glad to add that I took my PMP exam yesterday and passed it with flying colors. I went through all these 180 questions and it was extremely instrumental in helping me develop and set the right PMI mindset to attempt the exam. 200% recommend watching this video for folks planning to take your PMP exam. The actual questions on the exam are all scenario-based and these 180-questions help you set the mindset right. Thanks a ton once again for helping everyone taking this exam through your continuous efforts. Kudos!
Q No # 14 : Initially leaned towards option C, but upon reconsideration, option D seems key. Easy access to the Product Owner enhances communication, helping the team promptly address concerns and prevent delays. Thanks for the valuable content!
Thanks for the video , Which really help me in understanding the terms , process and how to select the best answer choice in different patterns of questions . I feel like this approach is like warm up before starting a real course . Excellent mode of teaching . I have got around 91 Answers correct out of 180
OMG, I have a good news, I cleared the PMP exam in my first attempt and believe me, I was standing at level zero before 4 days of my exam and came across this video just 4 days before my exam. This video has so much to learn from, even the basic concepts would be cleared. This is my first ever comment on the RUclips platform and this is for you SIR. Thanks thanks thanks a lot. Commenting this on 12th July 2024. Day to remember for me.🎉
Many Congratulations !! I am super happy while reading this comment about your success and glad that my video has helped you in your PMP journey. Varun
Thank you so much for the thorough material you provide! I took this mock exam over the course of about a week prior to the test (intentionally took that long due to pausing and studying areas I didn’t feel comfortable). After a week I felt more prepared than ever and was able to officially pass my PMP exam today on my first try! Thank you!
"Starting this course felt like a daunting challenge, especially as a newcomer to the subject. The video was extensive and packed with complex terminology that initially left me overwhelmed, scoring only 50% on the questions. It took me a solid 20 hours to fully digest the content. At first, I was disheartened, questioning my ability to get through the entire video. However, the trainer's exceptional teaching methods gradually sparked my interest and motivation. I've now embraced the learning curve and am determined to pass my PMP on the first try, all thanks to the unwavering support from my mentor. 🌟"
Hi Varun For Q# 73 While option D suggests notifying the client about the information and proposing an impact analysis, it would be more effective to first understand the current state of the system through a knowledge transfer before communicating with the client about potential impacts and proposed solutions. So Opton C seems to be more correct. From the content of the question, it becomes quite obvious that the client already knows that the previous supplier has done something irrelevant & hence has been replaced. Notifying them further does not seem to really serve the purpose. While impact analysis could help but how can that be carried out without first taking over the handover from the previous team who was handling
I arrived at the same conclusion. But my rationale is this: The takeover has happened and the scenario specifically mentions the reason for the takeover. It would be rational to assume that the decision for the takeover is made by the client, or with the approval of the client. Therefore, option D seems redundant: The client should have been aware about this information. Also, it is not clear what further impact that needs to be communicated to the client. In evaluating option C, this seem to contribute in addressing the problem. My interpretation is to let the incoming team to better understand (1) The current state of the system and (2) outgoing team's reasons in implementing the plug-in solution, i.e what is the root cause. Varun, would like to know your thoughts.
I scored 117/180,,about 65% . Thank you so much for this video, I revised all topics in one video. Also guides me excellently as I prepare for my exam. Thank you EduHubspot!
Best PMP mock test which covers all domains and well understood the more techniques and choose the best answers ..wonderful video. I recommend everyone to see this video before attending your real PMP exam. Thank you Varun sir lot.

Thank you Varun !! I’ve passed PMP exam yesterday with above targets in 3 domains . My sincere thanks. Your channel and this video has helped me a lot in preparing for exam !!
Quest-2 Ans-D As mentioned the burn down chart shows depicting that means it is a serious problem sothat the forecasting date ll be delayed.as a PM I ve to manage from upcoming backlog ,if I monitor properly to it then I can be able to achieve the schedule completion date & overcome from the delay.
Q-5 Ans-C If we break the stories to other smaller part & then work out it would be more easier to resolve.sothat in a single splint season the unsolved stories would be solved before closing of iteration.
As part of HW#1, I managed to score 46.11%. The videos are great and very helpful. They boosted my confidence in understanding the questions. Thank you!
Dear Varun, today I passed my PMP, your simulator and videos, helped me a lot. I love the way you explain things and come up with very simple explanations Thanks a Ton. Deepak
I took my PMP exams 2 days and passed in my first attempt with above target in all 3 domains. I believe this your video contributed in giving me the right PMP mindset. Thank you so much for putting this together, i am so grateful to have come across it.
Huge shout out to mentor. I managed to passed my assessment with AT in all three sections. I highly recommend Varun’s videos, just not because of questions but how to tackle those right in between the examinations. I used the same technique, and results are here 😊 All thanks team for doing this tremendous job here for no cost ♥️
Many Congratulations !! I am super happy while reading the comment about your success and i am glad that my video has helped you in your PMP journey. Varun
This video is very very informative and supportive. Explanation on each of the questions is top-notch. I scored 114/180 as the test run. But I'm sure I'd be doing better in next set of questions, once the training sessions are completed.
Question1: I will go for Option A as correct Answer. Because if you want to prevent this to happen in the future better to to have end users testing the product because whatever we do in the Project Management we want to satisfy the customer's need. Testing it will give room for better improvement
Done with the questions. With no prior knowledge, or complete knowledge of most of the concepts, I was able to score 65% based on practical exposure. Thanks you
I passed my PMP Exam yesterday from the first attempt , thank you for all your effort i have learned from you a lot, your explanations and questions where extremely helpful and the content you are providing are amazing, I really appreciate it and thank you once again!!!

Question -7 Ans-B As the impediment are traced out & assigned to a perticular dept head ,but if he can unable to resolve the problem then move forward to information radiator which can separate it stakeholder wise with activity .
Q-4 Ans-A If anyone new he or she needs little time to accustomed.so no need to criticize or ignore his/ her present performance.after certain time he can be deliver something exceptional idea.
This video is very helpful to understand the types of qns being asked in PMP exam. I would like to thank Varun for his time and patience for explaining each Q&A with PMP concepts. I am inspired with the way of explanation given. HW#1, I have scored 51%. Thank you!
As part of HW#1, I managed to score 56%(101/180). The videos are great and very helpful. boosting my confidence in understanding the questions. Thank you!
Mr. Varun Thank you millions of times, I watched this video tow times, today I have passed my pmp exam. Honestly, your videos, explanations , your way, and style of teaching have been appreciated heavily.
Varun, thank you forr your service and this great QUALITY video in preparation for the PMP Exam. Speaking of, I just took it and failed. Not because of lack of knowledge but the EXTREMELY tight time constraint. So you took more than 7hr to go through the 180 questions and we are supposed to allocate approx. 1'30" each for a total of 4hr?! Some questions it takes me 1'30" just to read and understand, and then I need to implement my logic and knowledge. Out of 180 questions I was only able to answer around 140 beforre running out of time.
I am sorry to hear that. I took more than 7 hrs because I wanted to share all my knowledge with students like yourself so I took more time. Students who take training from me they know all the keywords and techniques which I taught them and they practice more than 1000+ questions before they appear for actual pmp. So their mind and body is already used to attempt 180 questions in 230 mins. I am sorry to hear about your situation but what is done is done, what is more important is how you study now and overcome the timing issue. Send me an email with this message screenshot so that I remember what you are referring to and we can get on a zoom call so that I understand how you prepared last time and what you should do next. Varun.anand@eduhubspot.com
Thank you for this video! Very informative for a beginner like me. I am able to score 55% as a first timer on pmp midset, but yes, this video definitely changed my thought process to attempt such questions.
Thanks, Varun! I appeared yesterday for my PMP and passed in first attempt. These questions helped me a lot in my preparation. Keep up the great work!!
I cannot thank you enough for making this video. I didn't even take SH materials! Only got the conceptual understanding from this amazing guy and successfully passed my PMP exam.
I scored 35.5 % in my first HW. and I answered 64 questions, But I have learned a lot of techniques to find out the right answer and noted more of the 30 terminology which is new for me, and will help me in my PMP preparation.
Varun - Thank you for the videos. I went through all your 180 questions over last couple of days before taking the test today and passed the PMP exam on first try. Appreciate uploading these videos.
Thank you so much Mr. Varun. By refering to this video, It cleared many of my doubts and changed my approach in solving the PMP question. Much appreciate your hard work...
Beautifully explained each and every question. This video has provided with a yardstick on how to think and answer PMP questions. Yet to take the exam and will give a shout out to you soon , Varun
Your question answer session is superb. Q no 47, if 2nd option is ruled out because it is mentioned as “how to avoid”, I felt option 4 also don’t hold good. Issue log is updated after issue happen and option 3 should have been answer . Please correct me if wrong.
Thanks Varun!! Just passed pmp and ur questions video was of great help. To all those looking for guidance - i would recommend Varun’s questions video and David Maclahan’s questions videos - the exam was of a similar nature. All the best to everyone
Thank you for this video. I took my PMP on Saturday and probably would not have passed if it weren’t for this. I went through all 180 questions and helped me get in the right “PMI” mindset. Thanks Varun!
Congratulations !! I am glad that my video has helped you in your PMP journey.
Varun

I successfully achieved ABOVE TARGET scores in all three domains of the PMP exam on March 19th, 2024. Mr. Varun's 180 scenario-based questions, along with your other videos, were instrumental in my preparation and success. This man, Varun, is incredible! I passed my PMP exam on my first attempt on November 2, 2024, without even reading the PMBOK or any study materials. Do you know How? I focused on two things:

Workaround (temporary solution until permanent solution found), Nominal Technique (when SH number high, group thinking required), Fishbowl (live link for virtual team), Spike (time-boxed research or investigation activity), Scrum of Scrum (meeting with leaders of different scrum). Thanks

Yes, he is wrong. It has to be A
Thank you so much for making this elaborative video.

Thanks for loving the video.

Excellent session and went through the whole video and it definitely improves the confidence in attempting the exam. Thanks for this explanations.
Glad it was helpful!

Good Job !!

Hi Varun For Q# 73
While option D suggests notifying the client about the information and proposing an impact analysis, it would be more effective to first understand the current state of the system through a knowledge transfer before communicating with the client about potential impacts and proposed solutions.

Varun
