- Today is my PMP exam day and I am confused what will be my result or what PMP strategies I need to keep in mind while giving the PMP exam. This is a very common PMP question which we hear all the time.
This latest 2022 PMP video is all about what and how to strategize your PMP on the actual PMP exam day.
In this PMP 2022 video, we will cover the following PMP topics. By the way, keep in mind PMP exam is all about PMP exam content outline and not PMBOK. PMBOK 7th Edition, published by PMI (Project Management Institute) is just one of the reference books out of approximately 10 reference books published by PMI.

While it's tempting to review the questions, I highly recommend you don't. Statistically speaking, you're first choice is highly the right answer. Reviewing just wastes time and adds stress by secod guessing yourself. Also, don't read into the question but read it thoroughly. Pick out relevant key words and compare it to the answer choices then select the best match.

This is such a completely original take on PMP exam prep. Blew my mind when I noticed you saying that, as project managers, we are empowered to make decisions. I see why that needs to be said - I noticed several wrong answers in PMP exam questions related to: incorrectly seeking authority that you already have as PM. PM’s don’t look to someone else to decide. Recognizing the power of the PM, and the corresponding culpability…
And it’s just as well. I’m so glad I found Varun. I keep hearing him say “don’t take any shortcuts.” I did not understand when I first decided to take the PMP exam, just what a big deal it is. Really, zero idea.
I paid for a course that was absolutely useless. But it was marketed as being able to prepare me fully for the exam, and yes, they have a guarantee that you’ll pass. I feel like it’s exactly the kind of place Varun was referring to. There’s no way I could pass the exam based on their course. The more I learn, the more laughable it is.
And, the more I learn, the clear I get on the intensity of preparation. I feel like this aunt attack, if I survive it, was really a blessing in disguise. Now I don’t have to try taking the exam without having a chance to visit all of Varun’s materials!

Hello Varun Anand. I m Anand Prasad from Andhra Pradesh. I wanted to thank you for this video. It has helped me ace PMP exam. I took PMP exam on 15th may 2023. I have passed on my first attempt with Target, Target, Above Target. I m not a IT background guy. I have experience as an NGO Manager. With this one video I was able to answer questions with ease. I used to get 40% in all mock exams max 50%. But Once I understood your technique of elimination of waste. I jumped my result to 70%. Hence passing real PMP too. Thank you for this VIDEO. Shortcuts as in we concentrate more on memorizing as compared to understanding the concepts. For understanding the concepts, one needs to do proper study and research

tbh the center based exam can be a nightmare as well. The keyboards used in the center are old and more like a type writer sound with heavy buttons & some examiners can be really annoying using it constantly because they're doing different exam. Even ear plugs won't help!
You are right. It really depends from center to center. I have heard similar report for other locations as well. But overall it is fine

You will not get hardcopy. You can take a print yourself from PMI's dashboard

Good luck in your exam! Just wanted to quickly help with your question since your exam is tomorrow. A whiteboard is like a blank page you can type/write on when taking the online exam. If you are taking in a center and not at home, you don’t need to worry about the meaning of whiteboard. Whiteboard is for people taking the exam at home. If you are taking the online (at home), then you should go to PMP page to practice how to use the whiteboard

The email I received from PMI says it's going to be 270 min exam
Exam is 230 mins. 40 mins extra is for breaks and reading rules and setup
after exam time when we'll come to know our result ?
