Soooo interesting to me ...I was introduced to veganism through my Indian colleagues. They taught me plant based eating and I taught them baking cookies and cakes. She figured out how to remove the egg/milk.
Vegan Richa is awesome. Most of her recipes use simple or easy to find ingredients and she puts most of her energy into making great tasting recipes. Love her down to earth demeanor.
Wow, what a wonderful show! Richa was such a lovely nice guest, and those recipes seem absolutely amazing :D such a pleasant chat as well, great to get to know her a bit :) thank you so very much
Thanks for having her on your show. I see her name everywhere. Sharon is lovely. She made me want to use my instapot which I usually only use in the cooler weather
I love Vegan Richa's recipes so much! My first one was many years ago, her buffalo chickpea pizza! I've made it so many times. My meat eating children even enjoyed that one. Will be trying these two as well. Thank you!
Maybe I will like chick pea tofu, because I’ve never cared for regular tofu. So will be purchasing Richa’s cookbook. The split screen, and angles of the food were great. I’m sure going vegan is much better for your Richa’s health than any other way of eating, because I know it’s helped my health some ways. I was diagnosed with a rare neurological disease so I went vegan to help me do as much as I can do for myself. Much gratitude to Chef AJ for having super guests on your show, and many thanks to Richa of course as well. Namaste. 🙏 ☮️❤️
Thank you so much for the show Chef AJ and I loved seeing the instant pot demonstration. Would it be possible to make the mango chutney and The one pot done and done rice meal all within one instant pot using inserts? Curious if the timing would work out.
Hello Chef AJ, Could you find a doctor to speak on the book The Plant Paradox and really take it apart. This programme doesn't just tell people to eat meat but also allows alcohol. How can any person with a serious illness get well if they keep eating animal protein and alcohol. There is a woman whose You Tube channel is called Among The Lilies and she suffers from an autoimmune disease but keeps drinking alcohol because she follows the The Plant Paradox. The author of the plant paradox says that people should avoid lectin rich plants because they cause inflammation and leaky gut ( Dr Fuhrman and Dr. Esselstyn have debunked this idea). Well, what does alcohol cause? Inflammation and leaky gut, of course. It's a great shame that people with serious health conditions have been seduced by false and unscientific ideas in this book. Please help spread the truth
Thank you everyone for joining! If you have any questions, leave them here! Thanks. ❤️❤️
And thank you so much Sharon for all the love and connecting us!
So happy to introduce more people to you and your fabulous recipes, Richa! 💜

Mango Chutney…😋 Thank you Chef AJ
good recipes!

Yes. Put the mango chutney in the inner pot, and rice in the insert. Don’t add any frozen veggies and thaw spinach before using. Pressure cook 8 mins
Plant Based Dallas does pot in pot cooking in the instant pot
They’ll be on the show next month!
Where do you get your cute tops Chef AJ?
mostly on Venus.com
Hard to hear with Indian accent and her acoustic sounds tinny. Chef aj sounds fine
