After Scandal, I can't deal with the emotional angst of couples not getting together.
My biggest fear was that max would cheat on his wife with Helen and I was so proud of him for not doing it.. Now that he has a chance to be with her I have no idea what they are doing 😪

Look as a healthcare worker, this series perfectly shows what a hospital is and how complicated it is to be the director of a hospital, as well as to be part of the hospital, whether you are a surgeon, nurse, nursing assistant... Everything is represented in this series, in different but clear ways. And a clear message is that for health workers, patients come first, then money. That's the important thing, and Max reflects it very well. I love his role, everyone's role, really, but his specifically.

She has come a long way since the Netflix Original Series Sense8 as Amanita. She's a phenomenal actress. I haven't watched this show yet, but now I will.
She was already there during Dr Who. Although I hated the unrequited aspect of that. They almost did not use her to her best of her abilities there. Sense8 did not quite use her best abilities. I was so excited to watch her in this.

There may be other ways to watch season 1. One way is to watch with ON-DEMAND. Search or ask thru your cable company is another. Watching Season 1 will be just as interesting as Season 2. Trying to find here the happines The Good Doctor took away with Melendez’s life and the end of a Melendaire happy end. At least New Amsterdam can give me that.
i’m putting my trust in the writers to take note of what the fans like and dislike (and i like to think the majority like these two😉) maybe the good doctor writers will acknowledge the negative reviews and petitions and bring him back.. i hope so anyways
