Buenas tardes tengo una duda siempre veo en sus recetas que agrega entre 5 a 7 gramos de levadura para 500 gramos de harina , me parece muy poca levadura , en recetas de panadería agregan para 500gr a 700gr 11gr de levadura me podría informar que tipo de levadura usa
Otra duda siempre dicen que la sal mata la levadura y usted cuando pone a fermentar la levadura le agrega 1 cuchara de sal por favor favor me podría aclarar mis dudas muchas gracias
