I am going to give a try, being Congolese and having a Nigerian husband I like trying nigerian recipes to make him happy. Thank you for your recipes and your time 💥
Is your husband a Yoruba man? You have to consider his tribe before making some Nigerian dishes, because some Igbo men don’t like trying other dishes that’s not from his tribe. My thoughts tho
@@Oluwa50 Yes my husband is a Yoruba man. Thank you for your point of vue.
I had this for the first time in Texas. But since moving from Texas I haven’t found it again. I was struggling to remember what it was exactly but I’m so glad I now know what it isss. I’ll be looking for Nigerian restaurants in my area, I hope it will be as good like the first time
Your imagination wow and am subscribing to your video

You are so welcome!
Hello everyone, your gbegiri, ewedu and stew amala are very good, looking delicious . you can blend your ewedu leafs, other ingredients together first before cooking your ewedu soup. . Well-done very good healthy and looking tasty. Enjoy 😊.
Thank you ; very nice precentation and, very detailed. Also thank you for the recipe. I went to a Nigerian Feast last year here in Atlanta and, have been wondering the ingredients because it was so good at we are miles from anything close to African cusine: I always go to this one place that serves good Eugusi soup but, they are starting to cut back on the meat they put in the soup. but, have raised the prices. I hate that kind of service. Thanks again 🙂
Your hand is strong with the way you hold the hot amala from the pot ,very nice nobody can know that was not real ewedu,I've been thinking if I couldn't get jute leave I leave in America but this system of spinniarch and okro really make sense

This is my favourite Nigerian dish and I being an #AfricanCulturePreservationist, will like to humbly advice you not to suggest other oils, for the recipe because, The Abula Dish, was Ancestrally crafted, to be Culturally Sacred.
Fellow Africans, let’s refrain from modifying our ancient recipes just to accommodate foreigners. They never change their cooking ingredients to accommodate our culture, so we must also make it a point to culturally stand by our ingredients and recipes. If they think palm oil is inferior to olive oil, then they cannot eat Abula, The mere suggestion of olive oil based Abula, is as culinarily disrespectful to the Culture, and ethnic peoples from whom this amazing recipe came into being.
In fact, do you think a Siciliano would indulge you by suggesting that, the cheese on a pizza must be replaced with Agusie, and the crust with Yam Fufu?
I think not! My Sister, always remain #UnapologeticallyAfrican when posting your recipes.
By the way, your entire presentation was beautiful and very appetizing.

Can one use the stew to eat rice?
Gbegiri beans are they black eyed peas?
Ewudu soup is the same as what we call Callalloo in Trinidad in the Caribbean
I know that I wasn’t the one that paid for the food but how would you eat with too much meats, you want to finished it 🤭 I’m salivating 😋
PowDer
What is the powder ingredient for the amala , this looks delicious
Dried yam
My sister, you are going to ruin my diet oh😅
🇳🇬Nigerian yoruba food, amala where did you lean how to cook ewedu, look good. Ewedu is ibo
Thank you for the video
Thanks for watching
How can ewedu be ibo is the name sound ibo to you
😂😂😂ewedu is not ibo o
Ewedu (ewedudu) is Yoruba, meaning 'dark leaf' - with 'dark' referring to the 'greeness' of the leaf.
How do you prepare the Amala
Wat is small made from
Which beans is that
Pls I'm from Ghana and I want to know which cereal is used for amala powder or amala
Yam powder
Unripe Plantain as well.
I don't mind eating meat but NOT the intestines
Bonjour es l’haricot blanc ?
Is it me. You didn't add seasoning cube
What is small made of pls let me know with all due respect
Please come again
Amala is made from 'elubo isu', which is dried Yam Powder.
I'll give u the thumb up because u killed it. Some yoruba ladies can't make it this beautiful. Kudos to you
Bonjour puis avoir la recette des ingrédients en français svp
Gosh! I had to back up to 41secs to be sure i saw that correctly. This cook didn't parboil the offal before adding it to the regular meat for boiling 😱😱😱
You’ve done a good job base on what you know and I must commend your effort.
Madam please this is not how to prepare Amala and Ewedu,T for thanks 🙏 🙏🙏
Это коричневый каша что это такое
It’s amala
