I agree with you 😅. By doing so, the lady is trying to manage the food. Many people have different ways of serving. She is especially looking for ways to avoid waste.
The amala itself is a little bland but that red pepper stew with the beans sauce and the ewedu( jute leaf) is heavenly. It just makes you satisfied and settles your tummy🙂

Dear sisters can you please smile, you a beautiful lady and very inspiring for African women and also for African culture, and most especially our good, healthy food. God bless you! But if only you smile small to these people!😁
Yes now! Just like we all love eating all the delicious Igbo food, especially the stews. Nobody cooks ogbono like my Igbo sisters!! I've never had abacha, looking forward to trying it one day.

It does not work like that abroad. In Nigeria when I cater I have enough staff. But in London its so difficult and expensive. I do it alone at my oga place. Sometimes I do wish it was easy to take my crew in Nigeria to the uk
The His you wrote is a pronoun for a Man,the correct word should be Is there no division of labour. That's exactly what I thought, she alone serving Amala Gbegiri,Ewedu and Stew with Meat 🍖.
It's the Yoruba native food, sometimes served at parties. There will be other different party dishes, but this food is for people who want native food. But I've never seen people line up outside line this.
@@patriciapowlette7406 That is very tasty food, thoroughly cooked, with not an ounce of preservatives in them. The red stew, the sauce is usually made with tomatoes, onions and pepper, with your choice of meats or fish, and oil..... the oil is too much in this case. But some people like it like that. The green stew is made from jute leaves. Jute leaves are chock-full of nutrients. Google it. The brown thing that first goes in the bowl is made from dried yams....African yams. That one you may not like. Most people who taste West African foods like them.
I noticed she's chasing clouts But I'm impressed with her wife material show off 1 thing I like so much about this Is that the food is on the right gage Nobody meat or Amala superior pass everything equals Osheey 🙏💯🍾🍷🥃
Is she not having assistance why is she pounding for six minutes she only serves 5 people nah people are invited and hungry they need to be fed fast 😂😂😴😴
The Queen makes cooking and serving others so glamorous!!!! Excellent food presentation!!!
2023, The woman serving the food is doing very well multitasking, however, two more people serving would have moved the line along faster.
I agree with you 😅. By doing so, the lady is trying to manage the food. Many people have different ways of serving. She is especially looking for ways to avoid waste.
They have other food elsewhere there also
You only serving what you cooked just know it's lots and lots of food there
I’m a a Ghanaian and don’t know what Amala is or taste like, but this lady’s food always makes me hungry! Good job lady Amala! 👌🏾❣️

If she smile too much she won’t focus on her business, she is selling it not for the party
Amala and ewedu soups 😂, wow my best food back in my days in Lagos , I like it a lot
God bless your hands Mama you need at least one person or 2 to assit you with the serving

Though it seems the amala is so small...... ☺️☺️my thought sha, because at this moment, I am very hungry
The most strongest woman and very dynamic ❤
This woman is good at what she's doing.
You need someone else with soup, so the line will go faster.
