Meat eaters live the longest and have the best live expectancy. All vegans are deficient and unhealthy. Funny because most animals eat eat and would eat you of given a chance, especially chickens and pigs. Enjoy living a short life eating crappy food, just to prented you care about animals, when trillions of animals are killed for you vegan food. 👍

May I ask your blood type? I tried vegetarian and vegan before, and it didn't work for me. I still had inflammation, pre-diabetic, and other metabolic issues. However, I did eat a bunch of "fake meat" vegan foods, sugar-free, seitan, dairy-free cheese that was filled with carrageenans and inflammatory seed oils. I even went on keto for a couple of months (I was already underweight) but I lost too much weight. I needed something to maintain my health. Now, I eat for my blood type, O (negative). This is something I can do forever. Just cutting down carbs, no processed sugars, no bad seed oils, specific vegetables, herbs and vitamins that are beneficial to me, grass feed, grass-finished beef, pasture-raised chicken, drinking water, no wheat, exercise (pilates and barre), and so on.

You just gave yourself an answer. If you're eating crap (no matter what diet) you will feel like crap. You're flip-flopping and giving your body too much stress this way (and you are risking an eating disorder). Just eat clean and live foods. All you need. Good luck dear! 💚

Nah. You can get most of those on a vegan diet.
But I will concede it's gonna be harder to get that B12 and K2.
Also, depending on your health goals, you might need to really eat a whole lot to get enough protein and iron. It's doable, but it's just a lot harder.

    Sorry. I can't be vegan.
My goals are to be as healthy and as natural as possible.
That means I'm not going to take B12 supplements if I can get that from eggs, for example.
I'm not going to sacrifice my own health and have a deficient diet just so an animal I don't know can live comfortably.

Only time will tell, imagine eating meat years and years your body is filled with toxins, mucus, arteries getting clogged, digestive system never getting a break, seems like you dont care about your health like you say you do, you should atleast try doing your research on how our digestive system works, maybe you’ll be more careful what you consume, trust me, we are so used to believing everything we see on tv and if they say its safe for us we believe it, but yet we lack so much knowledge, our gut and digestive system are so important, that our body doesnt need a lot of food, it’s amazing how our system is set up to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, that’s a lot of food, if we knew how our body worked we would only be eating once a day. There are ways to get our amino acids, super foods being some of the most important ones, god bless

I’d love to see disclaimers and disclosures on anything vegan/vegetarian related. Following these types of diets can aversely affect the health of people. Children, teens, heavily menstruating women, pregnant women and the elderly are especially vulnerable. There are many necessary nutrients in meat sources that are needed for a healthy diet and growth of children or a growing baby/mother. These lifestyles aren’t for everyone. And there are responsible farmers and growers that should be supported in their efforts. Let’s get back to smaller family/community run farms that are ethically responsible that support their local/regional communities. Also, America has been a meat/potatoes country and has many traditional Black American/American dishes that are meat/dairy based. It’s disheartening when people are shamed or coerced out of enjoying their own ethnic cuisine which has a long and rich history.

Im trying to understand where people are being "shamed and coerced" out of their own ethnic cuisine. You do realize that the majority of Black soul food dishes can be veganized. Furthermore, I'd challenge you to show how the Black diet (soul food) is healthy? We acquired a lot of our diet during slavery based on what we were forced to eat. And it wasn't healthy. We have the worst health in America based on research studies and it's killing. It's one thing to eat food in moderation but that's not happening in our culture. We're literally killing ourselves with our diet.

    • @allegrap1054
      @allegrap1054 3 месяца назад

@@HervinbalfourYou should research food history and the actual real Black American diet. There’s a difference between the real one and the manufactured/media version. It’s interesting how the unhealthy “slave food” is now being promoted as healthy because studies say so. I’m going to leave it at that. There are people out here doing the work of bringing forth the true history of Soul Food. Anything to actually feed the Soul isn’t unhealthy.

Vegan 10 years now, motivated by ethics. Didn't think it would be healthy at first, and suspected I would have to go back to meat or dairy after a few months. But my blood markers are good and I am pretty fit and strong for my age; certainly in better shape now than when I was a 35yo omnivore.

I've been a vegetarian for 7 years until this february. The first 3 years were good, didn't notice anything wrong with myself.
But as the time passed by I started to become more and more tired, I was very irritable, anxiety levels off the charts, brain fog, my extremities were cold all the time, I felt very "passive".
Turns out I had a severe B12, Zinc, Omega 3 deficiency and I had very low testosterone, even tho I used supplements.
When I started to eat meat, I felt alive for the first time in years. My depression is going away, I can finally think faster and concentrate.
If you want to become a vegetarian, go ahead, but I warned you.
I love animals, but now I also love my body enough to not make it suffer unnecesarily
