I never drink and never have. I never had any interest in it. Im not a party person at all. But a former housemate of mine, Josh (son of my landlord's boyfriend), drank so much that it caused him to lose everything. He lost his job as a security guard (or so he says that was his job) in 2019, due to him showing up drunk. He never went back to work, and his mom, who was now living in Connecticut, was paying for all of his bills and necessities. While he lived here, he had shared custody of his two young daughters, aged 3 and 4. He lived in a small room, and never allowed the girls to come out, keeping the door locked. It stank in there severely. He neglected them horribly. The few times i had seen them, they were usually naked or only in diapers without clothing. Neither of them were potty trained. He would only feed them Hot Pockets, Totinos Pizza Rolls, Eggo waffles, or cold Spaghetti-Os straight out of the can onto a paper plate, without a spoon. Both girls would share one can. He played violent videogames all day and watched vicious horror movies in their presence. The girls were seriously thin, not potty trained, non-verbal, and did not respond to verbal commands from others. If the girls did anything wrong, he wouldnt speak to them, but would only get face to face with them and roar like a lion. He was profane and unreasonable, usually angry or just crying to get attention. He left messes everywhere and never cleaned up after himself, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Eventually his behavior was too much for all the tenants and landlord to bear, so the landlord kicked him out, and he went to live with his brother at his apartment down the street. His brother had young kids too, and it became too difficult to have him around near the kids. About a year passed, and he came back to live with us in the room attached to the garage. He was now suffering from severe anxiety, panic attacks and behavioral issues i hadnt witnessed in him before. He and his ex-wife both lost custody of the girls, because a school teacher noticed multiple bruises on the elder, and the fact that she was not potty trained, non-verbal, and didnt respond to anyone who spoke to her. CPS was called, and they were investigated. The girls were permanently removed from their custody and were diagnosed with several mental illnesses and put in skilled foster homes for disabled children. Neither Josh or his ex-wife are allowed any contact with the girls forever. He began trying to confide in me for purposes of therapy, as I've had PHP group therapy for health issues for many years, so i know how to listen. But he never took advice. He blatantly lied about everything, and it was easily clear he was lying about things. Eventually, he tried to get into rehab, but no place would accept him anymore as he already had a history of escapes from several facilities. The landlord kicked him out again, and he stayed with his brother again, but hes not allowed to stay much longer. He's only 28, and is now on dialysis and cannot drive anymore. He's afraid to go outdoors, unless he wants to go to the liquor store. His mother is coming over to pick him up and take him back to Connecticut (from here in California) in a few days, so she can take care of his health and seclude him from the outside world and deny him any rights to go outdoors, shop, be social, or have access to alcohol or any of his other vices that are ruining his life. Hes on dialysis so hes practically bedridden. And my landlord said theres some other things that are going on that she doesnt quite understand the medical terms for, but that he has many more problems that are leading to a quick death. My landlord only refers to him as either "Yours truly," "The Drunkard," or "The one who must not be named" as if he was Voldemort from Harry Potter. We're all going to be glad when hes gone, but i sure feel sorry for his mother, now going to have to cradle and babysit a grown man who cant handle his own life on his own. Alcohol makes you a loser, so dont touch it unless you want to be a loser.

Alcoholism doesn’t favour the famous. Growing up working class surrounded by booze & tobacco, not many people lived past 70.
Work on your AI. I enjoyed this video mainly for the mispronunciations.
Why did you have a photo of Bette Davis (in Now Voyager) in the Joan Crawford segment?
What about Paul Newman?
Okay, I cannot stand AI...
(#16) @16:58 : PICTURE SHOWN IS THAT OF ORSON WELLES AND NOT PAUL LYNDE !!!
I had friends who came down with liver damage due to drinking too much.
Hey, 3:52 Testifees? LOL
You'd think a man or woman who played a Vulcan would know better than to drink or smoke.
That’s why they were great actors. Not good being sober.
Horrible narration. AI needs improvement.
I find it ironic that Glenn Ford and William Holden are on this list.
Holden definitely. Ford lived into his 90s so I doubt it unless he had a liver transplant. Both Hollywood hunks.
A lot of drinks and cigarettes.
It was often a STIPULATION that they HAD to be seen SMOKING on camera...
@@pholdway5801 I heard on I Love Lucy they smoked the cigarettes that they were advertising. In old movies and TV shows people smoked a lot. I wouldn't notice it but kids are constantly mentioning how much people smoked and drank. And even saying how horrible it is. It just makes me nostalgic and want to smoke and drink.
Fear of riding camels? I once rode on a camel in a controlled environment. The animal was slow and plodding, and riding it was rather boring.
.
The announcer needed to work on his pronunciation because it sucked.
There is no announcer. It’s a robot voice. This is undoubtedly some quick cash cow operation that gets as much click money as it can.
Ironic, actor plays a state trooper on TV has multiple DUI's and a revoked license in real life LOL!
I think the narrator said his license was suspended, not revoked.
Michael Landon's pancreatic cancer was more likely to have been caused by alcohol than smoking cigarettes. My dad smoked 3 packs a day and died of lung cancer.
Notice all are deceased. This is because a dead person or their estate cannot sue for slander.
Good grief! Learn how to pronounce their names accurately.
Ive not known many who can drink alcohol, with out experiencing some sort of behaviour or illness/financial worry, it always happens, its dreadful stuff.
Frank Sinatra didn't die in 1982 but later: 1998.
where is Billie Hollyday
Drinking to deal with a fear of camels is a pretty decent excuse.
My brother started drinking at 5
Stay away from the ist drink. Keep it simple.😊
I’ll watch these things until AI messes up a name or I see a wrong photo with a person. Made it to 2:46 on this one.
Frank Sinatra died in 1988 not 82
He died in '98.
@danielcobbins8861 My bad.
Sounds like alot of other people not in Hollyweird 🎉🎉
That narrator is a crack up😅
horrible narration
All american actors are not drinker of alcohol they are all free of cacer❤❤❤❤❤❤
Carrie Fischer’s toxicology report begs to differ…
Where is the GREAT ONE?
Yes, I was waiting for Jackie Gleason as well.
Wow robot can't speak good English
Not watching crappy ai
No!
AI voice SUCKS THE BIG ONE.
One thing I am not,a drinker.
Can't we just have the list!
THUMBS DOWN
Glenn Ford while in Australia once was complaining about the Australian Government to a Government Minister not very appropriate.
