Thank you so much for sharing! You are worthy of food that nourishes your body and mind, and I'm so thankful that you've found a way to incorporate that into your recovery journey.
You make a valuable point about the importance of women eating steak and red meat. I have seen so many times where females will say that they don't eat beef, as if it's masculine, just like u said. And it's crazy because they need it so much because anemia is a huge problem and beef has 4 times the iron of chicken and fish has just a bit of iron. Steak is great!
" salads just don't work, moderation and variety is important." Salads don't work but "moderation and variety" is just a nonsense. EAting meat only you barely need any "variation". You cannot survive eating plants withouth "variation". It is because we are not meant to eat that crap, at least not in the quantities people do it today (even withouth veganism)...
I think it's easy to conflate veganism, which is a stance against the exploitation of animals, and a diet. Of course, veganism isn't a diet, and it's important to remember that when switching from one way of eating to another.
It's a diet first and foremost. That's how it was defined by Donald Watson in 1945 and that's how the majority of the planet define it. ruclips.net/video/zTx_d8pau3c/видео.html
ElysianFibres that is exactly what vegans say whenever the obvious deficiencies in the vegan diet are pointed out. It's a lame attempt to not discuss how harmful the vegan diet is.
@@Nyushii oh, I think u have misunderstood me. I was being critical of ElysianFibres, not Alyssa. I was saying that her comment that "veganism isn't a diet" is a lame attempt at avoiding the fact that veganism is very unhealthy.

Thanks for sharing your journey and voice on this subject. Blessings!

Thank you!! So true about what you said in regards to anemia as well!
💯
Smart choice, u go girl!
And yeah, salads just don't work, moderation and variety is important. I learned a lot from Sally Norton's oxalates videos.
Thanks so so much!

I think we need to have a discussion about how the animal rights industry and the vegan cult prey on young women with eating disorders.
I can definitely see what you are saying! I know a lot of young women who have felt pressured to be vegan

ElysianFibres Nice attempt to deflect and try to belittle Alyssa's braveness to be proactive to protect her health. Be supportive or jog on. Weirdo.
