Been homeless with small kids sleeping rough, working 2 jobs 7 days a week I was booked by work I was over worked and still had to put a smile in my face for the children until they were all in bed asleep. By the grace of God and allot of prayers my situation changed for the better. To everyone homeless please stay positive، stay away from drugs and alcohol and bad company it will pass just work harder then anyone you know and stay focused no hardship last forever..

Mash’Allah May he continue to bless you more and more
A great film. Life is hard enough when people care about you but so many have no support.
The last scene of this movie is GOLD 👌🏻
Just watching the trailer broke my heart.
I watched and every now and again I cried.
Great a movie about the crises before it's even solved.
If this get's an award, it would be kinda strange!. Considering this is the actual reality of living in Ireland for most Irish people.
Me and my mom become homeless when my mom got sick with breast cancer. I was 15 we lived in our car and on friends couches and then a shelter it was scary for a 15 year old to lose her home and not know if her mother would make it to the next year. We had no family my mom tried to hide it but she was scared for me she didn't know what would happen to me if she didn't make it.
Ohhh this breaks my heart & soul... i pray your safe and living well 💖
The saddest thing about this movie is that this story will become even more common as the housing crisis in Ireland grows.
The saddest thing about this movie is that the school is was recorded in is the one I go to
She has a home but she is too stubborn and would rather put her children at risk than apologise to her mum even if it isn't a true apology

i think that beside the obvious message, there is a really important one people aren´t getting. This particular family has a great solution called grandmother. But pride and lack of communication between the family prevent it from happening. In this particular case the children should stay with the grandmother until the parents find a solution.
On one hand the mother fights for her family (her kids) on the other hand, she rips it apart (not reconciling with her own mother). On the whole, the films shows how complex human life is and how many humans amplify it.
you have a point but... on the other side of the coin: what kind of grandparent puts pride over the safety of her grandchildren? sounded like the father was dead - so why make such demands?
some grandparents or family are the very reason for the problems, not all families look after one another, some are root cause of chaos and instability. Not all parents / grandparents are kind and loving.
Absolute Great Touching Movie! For Real!
Definitely watching it💜
Great film but I thought it was disturbing how this poor homeless family decided to have a food fight in the car. That scene was an epic failure by the director which pissed me off.
I agree to an extent that the scene was kind of unbelievable in the circumstances that they were in. Although it was just portraying that in the darkest of times, as human beings, and a loving supportive family. They could find this ounce of happiness. The silliness of a food fight and their laughter, was just a different way of releasing their emotions and anxiety over everything they were going through and something else to give them the strength to keep fighting.
This is so true today in USA.
It's true for approximately 0.16% of the US population. While any amount of homelessness is tragic, let's not get all hysterical and make the mistake of turning to Socialism. That will just make it worse for everybody.
@@thedudeabides2531 do you even know what "socialism" is? It's everywhere in the U.S, corporate socialism, democratic socialism. You've have probably benefited from "socialism" but the right-wing media in the u.s has drill so much propaganda into your brain you don't realise it's already here, just not for the .99%!
@@jltaco85 I see dark days ahead for Europe. Their economy is already collapsing under the weight of the welfare state. It's so dire, the central bank can't even juice the economy with a negative interest rate. Financially, the US has become the safe haven of the world as of late. That's why the dollar is so strong.
@@thedudeabides2531 If you think the US is the economic safe haven of the world then you're highly ignorant regarding ethics.
Thank you.
oh sh*t so heartbreaking
I was in a movie with The 2 oldest child (Millie). And the 3 youngest child (alfie) goes to my school
this happened to me and my family twice the last time we lost so much not just our home but the possions ,the dog who was raised from a pup ,to each other no one fells safe even after we fount a place .in the USA you can become homeless for any reason .for me and my family both times it was because the owners sold out the buildings .affordable housing is hard to find and no credit does not help so much for pay as you go .if you are not in debt to someone you are not worth talking to. but i wonder how refugee come here and they get everything hand to them ????
That girl the oldest child I think.
She is in my school
Please someone tell me what the name of the song is.. PLEASE!
Why was it necessary for 'Rosie' to take the Holy Name in vain in every other sentence?
The saddest thing about this movie is that the school was recorded in is the one I go to
Any american movies similar to this one?
The Florida Project, great movie.
How can we watch this movie?
Makes you feel sick to you're stomach. Pro EU Ireland
Trust me we would be better off in a new EU union , noting has been done for the Irish except a bill tossed at us
On bbc i player i just watched it and was hoping for a part 2 x
so sad

lol u don't have house call home.. is not lost! is homeless.. realty people!!
Bakwas
Immigration is to blame for this storyline
Uh, wrong. Immigration makes economies stronger for many reasons. Homelessness is caused largely by paying workers criminally low wages, or mental illness, or a few other factors.
soooo boring
Hope you don't feel the level of boredom that homeless people feel on a daily basis. Not to mention everything else that come with being homeless
Use birth control and save your money.
“We’re not homeless
We’re just lost “
That is plainly not good writing.
That is weak lazy writing.
The writer is either a poor writer or they are writing dumb on purpose.
The former is lamentable.
The latter is shameful.
what are you talking about
