    I feel like Bobbie hadn't seen the movie, and was just asking about the Tauntaun because she saw Luke riding it on the backdrop for the interview.

    How quaint, someone of my grandmother's generation who doesn't understand stop motion special effects, or how a Sci-Fi movie is constructed, thinking that the actors were actually riding on those creatures.

    the lesser of the 3 by far but still excellent

      You think Empire Strikes Back is the lesser of the three? Controversial opinion but I respect it.

    • @zerpblerd5966
      @zerpblerd5966 3 года назад

      @@silversnail1413 it undoubtedly is - the writing is notably inferior, and while it gets a reputation of 'being the darker one of the 3' in reality at nearly every turn the writer is trying to crack jokes of some kind (even during serious situations)
      love Hoth, love the battle of Hoth, love a lot of the concepts in it, but execution (from writing+directing) is not up to the greatness of A New Hope and Return of the Jedi
      ---
      Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome is also the best of the Mad Max movies...
      majority+mainstream tends to like the lesser, not the better, so the 'controversial opinion' usually comes in contrast to the masses loud declarations
