I guess everyone is a tad soggy and damp around the
edges after watching this parade. Hope people in the
crowd had made/cagoules/brollies etc etc. They should
have put a warning out before it started. If you watch
this you are liable to get drenched/soaked through. Disney
should provide the crowd with waterproof capes.

they do put out warnings before the parade starts. Plus Hong Kong is so hot in the summer that you dry up within 10 mins.
