They never removed anything! The frozen float was made for the 60th anniversary American Parade... Ive been there at the 2 Run of this parade, and its truly dazzling!!♥
Fantastic! I kinda wish there was less Pixar and more floats but his really is the Main Street Electrical Parade of the 21st Century.
Disneyland California "Paint The Night: New Electrical Parade" will have more floats and bring backthe drum line unit from MSEP.

Coming to Disneyland,CA as part of the Disneyland 60th Anniversary!
The parade floats from Disneyland in Anaheim, California are obviously better and have more details even though this parade is originally from Hong Kong... ALTHOUGH I love that Hong Kong stops the parade from a few minutes and gives people the chance to literally "paint the night" unlike Disneyland California!

I give it to Disneyland for the drum that dates back to the Main Street Electrical Parade and the Frozen Float . Otherwise ,
It`s a copy of the one in Hong Kong .
You can barely bash the one in Hong Kong without winding up bashing the one in Disneyland CA .

It might just be me but I'm sure I can hear bits of the baroque howdown ( MS Electrical parade) mixed in with the soundtrack.
There's definitely parts of Baroque Hoedown's melody weaved in!
The opening fanfare for a start, and yes the original is still there a lot!

I so cannot wait to see this at Disneyland this year. I'll be going back down there for the 60th anniversary. This will be the first nighttime parade that the Disneyland Resort has had in 5 year (when the MSEP was at DCA) and the first nighttime parade/show at Disneyland park in 18 years (since Light Magic in 1997). I'm just so excited.

I'm excited for this to come to disneyland!im just hoping that they'll have more classic elements in the 60th anniversary edition because this has all the Pixar movies usually featured in California adventures
ShoMeSho The Disneyland version will also feature a Drum unit(as a tribute to the Main Street Electrical Parade),a Frozen unit,and a Peter Pan unit.
There's also word that Cinderella and Rapunzel are to be incorporated into the Belle unit or could even receive their own.

WOWWWW!!! Finally a Parade that has people screaming and cheering from the moment it starts until the end!!! Great music sound-track finallllly. Not since the 80's has the music been this rockin with Donalds catchy 50th birthday celebration parade and Disney World's 15th anniversary - both now on RUclips for the first time. Check it out!!
Incredibly modern with the lights changing on the dancers and floats constantly and great nod to the Electrical Parade music infused in! Bought the owl song - why arn't all the soundtracks available for purchase??!!

They took out Elsa and Anna on the parade
The Hong Kong DL version premiered first in 2014. Then Disneyland premiered its own Paint the Night Parade as part of the diamond celebration in 2015 which featured more floats like the frozen segment and featured additional characters like Cinderella and Rapunzel.
