- This is the full source audio from the Paint the Night Parade at the Disneyland Resort. Paint the Night was first introduced to Hong Kong Disneyland but was added to the Disneyland Resort in May 2015 for the Disneyland 60th Anniversary Diamond Celebration. There are no recordings in this. Everything, including the intro and Frozen sections, are the source audio. All content is Copyright © The Walt Disney Company. No copyright infringement intended.

You know what's crazy? Every time I went to Disneyland I would just ignore this parade and go on the rides. I always thought I was to old for the parades, but thanks to my friends, (who made me sit and watch the parade) the little kid inside me came out. It's crazy how Disneyland still has that power to restart the magic inside of you no matter what age you are!!!!!

Sebastian Gomez I feel you.. when I got my Disney pass I went with my friend and ever since I was a little kid I never did like the parades.. and the day I went with my friend he made me watch the parade.. I'm 20 and boy did I feel like a little kid seeing Mickey, Goofy and Donald.. on the last day of the diamond celebration boy did I start crying 😭😭😭 I know it'll be back soon but it will always be the best part about ending my night at Disney ❤️😭😭

The combination of Main Street Electrical Parade throwbacks, the addicting tune that is Owl City's "When Can We Do This Again", the insane engineering that are the floats make this the only parade I look forward too.

What I think Disney should do for the Monster's Inc part of the parade is install a scream-o-meter that will track how loud the audience gets

This made me very emotional, im highkey surprised i wasn't crying when i went to see the parade for the first time.
Makes you wonder what Walt Disney himself would think if he could see this and what Disneyland has become. Not just the shows and parades but the attractions, Marvel, Star Wars, all of it.
Something tells me that while he would be fascinated and approve of it.

14:20 to 16:50 is just so magical - so many musical ideas and they use melodies from the orginal 70s electric parade. This really blew me away when I first saw and heard this at Disneyland Anaheim

Imagine being the last one out of Disney, walking to the exit. The light goes dark. But Mickey stops you right in your tracks. You hear the music and he points behind you, you turn around to Tinkerbell. She invites you for a surprise. Then she suddenly lights up. You see the giant floats and they invite you to watch and dance before you leave. At your hotel, you think it was dream. But you wake up and see Mickey’s glowing wand in your hand. Then you know it wasn’t a dream, it was magic.
Gotta give it to Adam Young! This is such a beautiful masterpiece!
The thing I really loved about this parade was that it was basically an updated version of the Electrical Parade, and that I had grown up alongside it. When my parents would take me to Disneyland when I was really small, we'd all watch the Electrical Parade and have a great time. Then, when I went in 2016, about a decade later, this parade blew me away with both all the neat, new things about it and the immense nostalgia it gave me.
One of my favorite Disney memories, seeing this parade. 😌

Diane Dao I saw it twice too but the first time there was so many people in front of me that I only saw the tops o the floats so I basically have only seen it once.

This parade will always mean so much to me. I saw this beautiful parade the night I got engaged to my husband and it just holds so many amazing memories for me.

My mum and I had the pleasure of watching this parade together at the 60th anniversary celebration 4 years ago. She loved this soundtrack so much she asked the cast members for the name of this album...and she asked me to try and find this for her...she passed away last November after a short battle with cancer and exactly one year later I find this. I am in tears watching this feeling guilty that I was not able to find this for my mum sooner before her death. I hope that wherever she is that she is enjoying this soundtrack dancing the night away 😭😭😭

I'm crying right now because i'm overwhelmed with emotions and memories
When I saw this parade at Disneyland this summer I started crying with joy the second it started, and didn't stop until long, long after the fireworks were over. This parade has brought me so much happiness it's insane. I'm crying right now as I type this. But the thing is... I need to work at Disneyland now. I need to with a strong passion. I just know that whatever career or job I end up with, I need it to be Disney. I basically just want to hand my life over to Disney, like here take it. Disney has given me so much in my life, I feel the need to repay them. I just have to. It just wouldn't be fair if I didn't. And as long as I have Disney in my life every single day, that's enough for me.

but when I do, it takes most of my money and is well worth it.
Just the moment when you've been laying on the ground and then you hear 0:00 - 0:25, I literally just shot up and hit my head on the rope pole thing. XD
We visited Disneyland (California) from the UK for the first time ever in August 2018. We saw this parade over in DCA and it was one THE most amazing things we have ever seen!! This soundtrack brings back some wonderful memories. No one does it like Disney!! Just brilliant!!

I used to watch the parade every day, not cus I was a guest, but I kinda had to. I watched the parade x2 a day for 5 days a week. I had watched the parade 10x a week and I gotta say, it never got old for me. It would light up my day everytime.

No matter what. Every time I watch the parade I just stare and smile throughout the whole parade and each of those times I would cry. Yes I am one of this people but I don't care, I will always love Disneyland ever since I was kid X'3. I would always squeal when Mickey would come out on the parade too. XD

47 year old in Seattle here... I grew up going to Disneyland every couple years. The memories are stronger and more vivid then most in my life. Last year, August 2017, I was there to see the last showing of the Electrical light parade on the last day before it went into retirement for good. I was around 7 years old when I first saw it, sitting on my dad's shoulders. I started crying as I looked over at my 14 and 15 years old faces... the smiles on their faces was priceless. Knowing they were witnessing the same parade I did 40 years prior... wow!!!! I still frequent Disneyland over the years, sometimes with kids...sometimes without :D. I love how they incorporated the old Main Street Electrical Parade theme into the newer parade. I wish this had lasted longer though. This parade only lasted a few years. Tragic for the current generation of kids.
