      I am slightly ignorant. Where is the green head shape coming from? How did you know how to match the outline of the applique?

      @@russellclapp1459 I freehand the shape and then used the auto-appliqué tool in Hatch :)

    John, Another fantastic video. I didn’t know I could learn that much in 5 minutes. The only question I have is how did you grab and freely rotate the objects?

    This was great - at the end you said you would add more underlay stitches- but where ?

    Did you precut the green fabric to the alien head shape or did you do an outline stitch and trim around that? If precut, did you print an outline of your digitized alien head to use as a pattern?

    John, I found out how you rotated the object freely. I wasn’t clicking the object twice before grabbing the open square in the corner, rookie mistake.
