The two barreled shot was the equivalent of 700 nitro express recoil.
I watch just about every single firearms youtuber out there, and i somehow have never heard of Kentucky Ballistics channel. This is the first video i clicked, the slow mo action and fact he spent 265$ on 20 rounds of 500 nitro alone, left me running for the subscribe button.

Oh man, this thing in Far Cry 4 was fucking awesome. Sent enemies flying when you shot them, and I don't mean maybe three feet back, I mean like sending them full force into the wall behind them. Killed everything in one shot.

I remember my uncle pulling off both barrels of a 10 ga. shotgun at a rabbit. The rabbit exploded and it knocked my uncle flat on his back with a bloody nose. Quite a sight to see.

The first time I shot a 12 gauge I was maybe 5 years old. Gun resting on a box, shooting at another box on a fence post. I fell over with the gun behind me, but blew out the middle of the box! Next time was maybe 4 years later, my uncles were at my house shooting clay pigeons. Well mostly just shooting AT clay pigeons! My father ran about behind to catch me, but no help needed, smashed the bird in pieces! I did 5 shots total before they wouldn't let me shoot any more.

He pulled them consecutively then, not at the same time because I've done it many times and it's not that bad.

I had unleashed both barrels on a single trigger Wesley Richards 500ne. I pulled trigger lightly and recoil caused my finger to slightly release pressure resetting the trigger and firing the 2nd round within a millisecond. All I can say is WOW and holy sheet, along with an ouch. It really hurts when not prepared for it

Awesome! Read about these in a story in Field & Stream WAAAY back in the day. Never thought I'd see anyone shoot one. I can only imagine the PSI from both of those rounds going off at once. Having just seen the vid of the guy's .50 Serbu blowing up, it's a testimony to the craftsmanship that went into making that rifle. I'd be interested in a little history of it.

A friend of mine makes William Douglass express rifles and asked for my help in patterning his new guns.With excitement I agreed and we set off to the range.The first shot was a shock,the second was worse by the time I got to the fourth I didn`t even open my eyes and the fifth was relief that it was over,If I describe it as it professional footballer had taken a running kick to my shoulder that would be an approximation.

No the cheese is roughly 5 to 10 dollars a can And each round is roughly $13.25 a piece
Gotta have reloading dies, Pyrodex, and light weight bullets.

I have an older double gun. It’s in 375 H&H.
Made in England in 1932. It has beautiful inlays and engraving work. Almost don’t want to shoot it lol
Grandpa said the .500 Nitro was developed because hunters wanted something larger to put down charging water buffalo and lions. And it did the trick certainly. But he says the .375 H&H and .30-06 are still the most popular on Safari. Yea Scott the ammo is no joke.
The .375 loads my dad gets for me are $129 a box. I imagine the .500 are at least twice that!

Anything over .50 cal (in a rifle) is illegal to own under normal circumstances. There are ways to obtain them but you can't just buy them like normal.
