As a Black man, most of us grow up looking to rappers and other bullshit as role models. THIS right here is the type of influence we need to see more of
Real “High Value” men: 1. Are emotionally intelligent 2. Have a purpose 3. Take care of themselves 4. Have high self-esteem 5. Generate their own self-esteem 6. Are assertive 7. Know power dynamics 8. Are honest to their own value systems 9. Have a growth mindset 10. Take responsibility
Kevin's 6 things that identify a high-value man are mainly speaking about a man's status and influence. He does not emphasize these 10 deeper qualities you are speaking of. These 10 speaks more to the Core Values and inner qualities of a man. In this video Kevin seems to come more from the corporate/ business perspective where it hard to truly be yourself. That can lead to always trying to be impressive; living an unhappy, superficial life to fit in or garner status and/or attention.
Those are the inner qualities but the outer results should be at minimum $10k a month. If you aren’t making a minimum of $10k, it means you’re still learning to master self aka those qualities.

To me High Value men aren't just who have higher income and great social status. High Value men are those who put their family first, are respectful and have great leadership skills in whatever status they're on.
Think of it in business terms: The market is a collection of different markets. There are different market segments, each with their own demands but they will still have these 6 factors in varying proportions. How do you put family first if you're overstressed with bills and so on? How do you build leadership skills if not with other ppl of influence? Etc. But you're right, it's relative to your conditions. Kevin mentioned that when it came to income (10K in Atlanta but reflect it on your conditions)
Well I kinda agree but that's just a valued man he's talking about the top 10 percent of people and unless you're willing to put in the work to make 6 figures then good luck competing
I will tell you from my experience, I have couple of men in my family with 6figure income. Yes, they've great social circles, higher class life styles and are able to afford private school for their children and yoga class for their wives.. but I assure you that they aren't very good husbands or fathers. I'm not talking about someone who's homeless or jobless. . I'm talking about someone decent with average income that can take care of their families.
So to me Blessed means blah blah blah but it actually means happy? People use the term o we have been blessed. But that context does not always make sense. We have been happy? Meaning you can’t be happy again???
I'm going to miss him. I enjoyed watching his videos. He was a straight shooter... If he hurt your feelings, it was only for your benefit. Some people can't handle the truth. But, behind closed doors and having an honest reality check with one's self. The truth sets in... Sometimes our reality is not the truth. It's based on your upbringing and environment. But, we can re-write our life story and paint a different picture. As Kevin was trying to implement in his videos.🙏 💙
yeah, no. If you’re looking for the attention of other men then maybe. But most women aren’t attracted to this mindset. as long as you have a good heart, provide for your wife n kids, n can communicate effectively, you’re a “high value “ man. Don’t let this guy make you think you have to be rich n have a group of other rich men to be considered “ high value “
1. Money (10k/ month ATL) 2 Consistent numbers over time (3-5yrs) 3. Group Acceptance (separation) 4. Network of High Value Men and Others 5. Visibility (position LinkedIn level) 6. Useful to Others and the group
If your reading this Jesus(John 3:16)loves you and you’re high value to him wether you make 10k a month or not there’s no price nor value on your soul. Stay blessed everyone ♥️🙏🏾
But that in itself seems to contradict what he is saying. I thought one of the attributes that he didnt point out was 'Greed' and 'Selfishness'. I dont know if your picture of jesus lines up with his picture of jesus!
@ Earth Angel I totally agree, I believe a lot of times people define themselves by how much money they have but money does not define who you are as a person it is a tool to get things that you want.
Give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar. HVM is an earthly concept which has nothing to do with loving Christ or vice versa. Even in sports, athletes are valued differently- same goes in the workplace
EXCELLENT Kevin! You've just laid out the blueprint and book of instructions for the men who want to seriously step up their game! I only wish your commentary had been available when I was a young man! Thank you Kevin!😏👍🙂
Usefulness to the group is the most underrated. The amount of opportunities, growth, and good things you can experience increases almost exponentially once people know and trust that if they give you a phone call, things get done. And you never know how many people are checking your LinkedIn before they make that call -- it eliminates so much 'selling' you have to do if no one had any idea who you are / who vouched for you / what you do.
The usefulness piece, for some people, is viewed negatively. I guess it's how they think. Usefulness is mutually beneficial in the context he explains it. When he mentioned Linked In, most people have accounts that are for the most part, verifiable.

High Value Male; 1. Money (Minimum 10k per month) 2. Proven Performance Over a Length of Time (3-5 years) 3. Group Acceptance (of Other HVM) 4. Network (of HVM first then others) 5. Visibility (Position & Income are easily understood at a Glance) ie. CEO 6. Utility (Useful to the Group and Others)
Our definitions of high value are different which is expected because this is all subjective but a high value man for me and many women is a man with class someone who can be a good father figure and husband. This 10k minimum is not as necessary as being a good husband and father someone who is a loyal hard working man that works hard to put food on the table. A min of 10k isn’t necessary but being financially stable is. My father doesn’t earn that much but knows how to save and be financially stable and provide for us and he has more value than the man in this video (or a drug dealer who can technically check everything on your list) or a CEO cause he makes sacrifices for his children and wife and puts family first. A man can be rich narcissistic cheater and a horrible person to marry and check everything off your list. Which is why I would respectfully disagree.
The title "high value man" is subject to redefinition in a time of crisis, when money becomes worthless. Soon survivalists, preppers or woodsmen might take over that title.
good video its not all about the money though some make good money and they are still beta men trash kinda person your MIND is your greatest asset IF YOU WANT more favorable outcomes you need to INCREASE your overall value I HAVE MY OWN HIGH VALUE MAN VIDEO COMING BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR STAY TUNED

It's all about supply and demand. If you are in high demand, your value is high. If your are not in high demand, pinpoint the areas where you need to improve on, work on them and see your value increase.
The world has its own concept and precepts of a high value man and you are right!! But a man of God or of Faith the concepts and precepts of a high value man are total different!!!
Absolutely, most men only wanna become high value to pull in women tbh lol they don't wanna worship the most high, but they'll learn when they end up in hell
I appreciate the accuracy in this video. Network and productivity are indeed extremely important to a man of high value. I could not imagine myself where I am, had it not been for a great network of others around me. In essence, Kevin is showing the core of what a high value man is. I've read some of the comments prior to posting my own. Of course there is more to what makes a high value man aside from his economical status. But, this is a very accurate description of what it means to be of high value by societal standards. Well done Mr Samuels, thank you.

The overall high value of a man is his mind set and family values, not what's in his pocket, if what's in his pocket is taken away tomorrow what would his value, principal and purpose be. (Money does not necessarily mean you are king in the jungle)
@@robert8930 not if she a real one. However, if the man was the reason for the loss of the stability of the household, well then he should have thought about that before he blew it all away. This goes for the woman too by the way, but I mentioned man because you did
This definition does not apply to business. Did you even watch the video? Compare Drake - who is literally making ppls careers - to BlocBoy JB whose career was made by Drake. Only one is truly high-value because of influence he has on the market. Kevin's high-value men are literally less than 5% of men. Your definition is too soft and doesn’t fit into reality. Y'all need to take your feelings out of financial affairs or die weak.
Ironically, men who place their value on monetary worth, as Kevin suggests makes a "high value man", feel less about themselves the less money they make. Kevin says that "You have to make a certain amount of money..." and sets the limit at $10,000. The very structure of what he defines as a "high value man" in fact acts as the constraint against men. It's as if he (and others who perpetuate these ideas of what make a "high value man") creates the very ideas he claims men should follow. Clever, indeed.
@@jamesheck8970 But it isn't Kevin setting these constraints, like he said, it's the market that is setting them. I'm starting to realize that 100k/yr is really just the new minimum wage a man needs to make before a woman will give him the light of day and even then that alone doesn't make him a HVM.
I used to think 10k a month was a lot of money. It’s actually very doable and entry level to high value status. Once you start getting yourself established, it’s not hard to go well beyond this.
Mr. Samuels , you quickly becoming a national treasure. You message stings...but not as much as living with failure does. Thank you for bringing a message, and a road map, to turn one's life around.
Very informative content. Kevin is telling you like it is. Our society has become a superficial environment with no moral compass. That's why so many people get it wrong in relationships. Their value systems have been tainted by the prevailing materialistic society.
Lot of value here. Lately I've been connecting my high end clientele with each other based on their needs. It's made my network grow. It's made me more valuable outside of my main service.
To keep it 💯... I rather have money. And no one knows I got some change. Cause tryin to live up to what other folks interpretations/ concept or standard of a high value man... is subjective from year to year.....
or rather... from generation to generation. "high value" (on men) in the past, was considered a famous merchant who had a lot of conections and options to transport their fares. tho on today's society is not that much different, it has become a little bit more complex. There's more competition out there and different ramifications or fields wich define a high value person and now and the world is connected as a whole thanks to internet.
You can't be a true player in the game of life with some support!! Kevin is right when you are trying to succeed in life, it's a team effort in the long run. I agree with building your "network" by recognizing and fairly rewarding other professionals who are excellent at what they do. If you are "high value" in all of the other ways, you don't necessarily need to be valued by society though.
The market is what defines "high value man". I think we should all remember from our marketing classes that there's rarely a product that satisfies all segments of the market. Target which you want, they have different demands and calibrate accordingly
I agree mostly with what my brother usually says but when it comes to the definition of a “high value” person, this video only scratches the surface. When speaking on the value of men, we can’t speak on this without mentioning integrity, endurance, empathy for your group/family/community, compassion and willingness to ensure that your family group is protected not only physically but also emotionally, mentally and spiritually. These qualities are super important when it comes to being a “high value man”. 😎👊🏽
@@bernadettealbouras196 Exactly!!! Blk women have it hard enough without a brother tearing her down. Unfortunately that's what that high valued man does. Fk KS!!!
@@stephaniephillips3256 not tearing black women down , he wants women to wake up and be realistic with themselves. For the most part he’s just being honest and realistic. Lastly if what hes saying isn’t true why are men agreeing? And at the same time be being a young male. He’s opened my eyes and plenty others to what mean to be a high vale man.
If you are HVM, then your integrity, endurance, will be recognized by other HVM, "empathy for your group/family/community, compassion and willingness to ensure that your family group is protected not only physically but also emotionally, mentally and spiritually" makes you valuable to YOUR family. The HVM has been around for years. If you don't agree, that is perfectly fine.
1. More than 10k - Yes - double that 2. Consistency - Yes - more than 10 years at that level 3. Group acceptance - Yes - 4. Network - all friends and colleagues are at similar levels (or higher) 5. Visibility - Yep, executive in high level position 6. Usefulness - Yes, called upon many times This is good to know. I just stumbled onto his videos and then I learned of his passing. He was very eloquent and I learned quite a bit from his videos. I respect someone who never backs down from his words and doesn't let outsiders influence his positions. May he rest in peace.
Like he said. Value is determined by the market. To someone like Rihanna or Beyoncé “10k” a month could potentially be low value. Money is important. But your value based off of your money is going to be dependent on the type of women you’re going for. It’s shades of grey to it rather than black and white .
This video is a prerequisite for everyone you bring on your show. There is no point having a conversation with someone who doesn't demonstrate they have this understanding of what a high value man is. Great job Kevin. Much love from Nigeria
Thank you for defining and explaining a HVM. I now understand the delineation and I now understand that I am not a HVM -nor do I realistically see that I’ll ever be -which I’m at peace with because there comes a lot of responsibility as a member in that group. Men need to understand and face their limitations and recognize that a good work ethic and good character traits like being a good provider, protector and truthfulness and honesty and commitment will put you just a notch below the HVM group.
Which is unfortunate, you’re just as high value to me as a so called “HVM” Character and integrity means more than money and looks. Looks and money are important but they’re not everything
I believe your value is much higher than his, bcus you're real and he's 100% fake. He just a shell of a man who lives to not teach, but to disrespect blk women. Smh

Net worth is fine, but it is about cash flow and income. You cannot have a bunch of assets (net worth) that do not sweat. However, most people of high net worth never talk about net worth vs income cause they have both.
@ Assets are less that than you realized (ex. sell short to make the sale) and debts are more than you realized (ex. more interest payments over time).
He has to say income so that him and his fellow dusties that make 100k/year can feel important and claim to be high value. People from different cultures make way more than that but you never see them talking down on their women and claiming high value. AA men are toxic!!!
I totally agree with what he is saying in this video. If you want to be a part of a specific segment of society you need to have these qualities to qualify.
You’re conflating “self-worth” with “high value”. Those are 2 completely different things. High value is about what the world values, not what you think of yourself. Jay Z is objectively of higher value to the world than any local pastor or spiritual leader. His presence brings more attention, he has more influence, and he can buy things most people can’t afford. But people don’t like hearing that, because when you attach tangible and quantifiable standards to something, it forces people to acknowledge that there’s a ranking system that we may fall short in.
So, I guess it’s up to Kevin’s, views, definition and interpretation? I love Kevin and most of his content, but, how is beings image consultant any more solid that being a entrepreneur? It’s not really quantifiable. It like being a life coach, therapist or financial advisor? Anyone selling insurance labels themselves as a financial advisor. I am not hating on him, just really thinking about what he said.
Great point. I think he includes himself in that category b/c he’s a “famous” image consultant. But yes on the surface he definitely contradicted himself.
Is the IMAGE CONSULTING business putting him in a high valued position? Is his company bringing in at least 10,000 monthly and consistently? That was his point. Does it matter what type of business it is? No.
Reputation is also important. He may be an image consultant but he also has reputation based also on his name. You wouldn't trust a Ceo from mergers and acquisition who doesn't have a reputation. Let me give you an example. An attorney name Harvey Spector is coming after you. An attorney - ok. Named Harvey Spector - you going to shit yourself.
I love the Length of Time Performance 3-5yrs.... consistency always work, focusing on one objective... my man love the content because I always felt this way as a child and never could find the theories or written concepts but I already knew it inside of me. Some things have to be IN YOU not JUST on you....
It really boils down to how to YOU define success. To me, being a HVM offers very little because that is not who I inspire to be nor how I define success. My success was defined be the two children my wife and raised. They were/are my WHY.
It boils down to what the world thinks, not what individuals think. A woman can call herself a 10 all day. But if she’s not getting “10” results: men offering to fly her out and marry her, being recruited into modeling or acting agencies, free entry into whatever club she wants, etc, then she’s just talking. Likewise, a man call himself high value. But if he’s not getting high value results and treatment, he’s just a guy talking.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), the annual median wage for automotive body and related repairers was $43,580 in May 2019.Dec 4, 2020.
I've spent my whole life thinking only money was important and now that I have it and stabilized, I learn that I need a network--something I have never put any effort into...
High value men are recruited. I had a couple career changes due to changing times. Most of my new jobs were not applied for. I was invited to interview and submit a resume. Keep your skills current. Many fields are hurting for qualified candidates.
I have everything but the time required. I'm 2 more years away from that. Instead of men getting mad about the requirements why not ASPIRE to achieve them? In life there are NO participation trophies. Everyone can't be HVM and that makes everything better because once you become a HVM you have less competition.
i don't think people are mad at the requirements, they just saying they disagree with his definition, and mostly with people like you who thinks that anyone who disagrees with their guru is hating or mad

The other day, I was talking to a women about how I was working on a side project to start my own business selling VR games. Surprisingly, despite the VR project probably not making as much money as my original day time job, I saw the women brushing her hands through her hair showing that she was interested in me. In this case, Visibility got me more attention from females than wealth did.I notice if I talk about some job title where I look like I should be powerful but it just so happens to make less money than the boring software job sitting in the office, women feel more attracted.
Value is in the eye of the beholder. Kevin just shared what he finds valuable. However, Kevin's wants and needs should only matter if you want to win his love and affection.
The modern version of a “high value man” is sooo shallow and weak. I’d rather have a man who can hunt and fish, build anything, think independently, work with his hands, have common sense, courageous enough to face things that scare him, and strong enough to protect us and our home by himself if necessary. Yes, they've great social circles, higher class life styles and are able to afford private school for their children and yoga class for their wives.. but I assure you that they aren't very good husbands or fathers.
I'm not talking about someone who's homeless or jobless. . I'm talking about someone decent with average income that can take care of their families.

High Value Male;
1. Money (Minimum 10k per month)
2. Proven Performance Over a Length of Time (3-5 years)
3. Group Acceptance (of Other HVM)
4. Network (of HVM first then others)
5. Visibility (Position & Income are easily understood at a Glance) ie. CEO

KS is not for Men who are easily in their feelings.
I'm starting to realize that 100k/yr is really just the new minimum wage a man needs to make before a woman will give him the light of day and even then that alone doesn't make him a HVM.

or rather... from generation to generation. @@willib1 that’s a bar.
Kevin was absolutely correct on this topic !
Focus on your character. Your character makes you high value and high quality.
I think #1 should be net worth instead of income. Net worth is the true definition of wealth instead of income
You can work a menial job for 20 years and develop a high net worth. High Net-worth does not equal High Value
Well said!
He has to say income so that him and his fellow dusties that make 100k/year can feel important and claim to be high value. People from different cultures make way more than that but you never see them talking down on their women and claiming high value. AA men are toxic!!!

The problem I have with this message is he acquainted high value as in meaning with lots of money, and it’s deeper than that.
I totally agree with what he is saying in this video. If you want to be a part of a specific segment of society you need to have these qualities to qualify.
I'm wonder when character/morals/values will ever be included in the dossier of the self proclaimed "high-value man"....ill wait.
Rt
You’re conflating “self-worth” with “high value”. Those are 2 completely different things. High value is about what the world values, not what you think of yourself. Jay Z is objectively of higher value to the world than any local pastor or spiritual leader. His presence brings more attention, he has more influence, and he can buy things most people can’t afford.
But people don’t like hearing that, because when you attach tangible and quantifiable standards to something, it forces people to acknowledge that there’s a ranking system that we may fall short in.
lmfao Broke excuses

No.
You saw through the smoke lmao
OG ✊🏾 Thank you for your words of wisdom and expertise! 2022/08/10 and we’re still here
It really boils down to how to YOU define success. To me, being a HVM offers very little because that is not who I inspire to be nor how I define success. My success was defined be the two children my wife and raised. They were/are my WHY.
he mentions this in the video as well
It boils down to what the world thinks, not what individuals think.
This is so funny. He's on point. WOW, I never put it into terms but he broke it down.
I put myself out there as high value when I was younger. Nowadays I keep that to myself.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), the annual median wage for automotive body and related repairers was $43,580 in May 2019.Dec 4, 2020.
Kevin & I are from the same generation. Great minds think alike.
Rest In Power Mr. Samuels
I've spent my whole life thinking only money was important and now that I have it and stabilized, I learn that I need a network--something I have never put any effort into...
RIP Godfather....thanks for everything you did
High value men are recruited. I had a couple career changes due to changing times. Most of my new jobs were not applied for. I was invited to interview and submit a resume. Keep your skills current. Many fields are hurting for qualified candidates.
Half require you be their buddy from HS though.
I have everything but the time required. I'm 2 more years away from that. Instead of men getting mad about the requirements why not ASPIRE to achieve them? In life there are NO participation trophies. Everyone can't be HVM and that makes everything better because once you become a HVM you have less competition.
Well said
Stop telling them there are no participation trophies. They might start competing with us lol.
i don't think people are mad at the requirements, they just saying they disagree with his definition, and mostly with people like you who thinks that anyone who disagrees with their guru is hating or mad
I think any man who aspires to another man’s definition of manhood is no man.
This is the video i was searching for ever since i came across your videos. Thanks...
Peace Godfather! Thank you for the work you did for our community. I only discovered your content after your departure but it has been so impactful on my personal development as a Man. For the first time in my life I'm comfortable in my own skin as a Man and understand myself better, thanks to your content.
Your critics claimed there was a problem with your "delivery" yet it is because of your straight talk that I got my behind off the couch and starting doing things to develop and improve myself. I would never receive a soft message. A coach gives instructions harshly to ensure victory for the team. I appreciate your delivery, it changed my life. I am a Man now because of you. To some you're an enemy, but I consider you an Elder and a mentor. Because of your work I am able to move in the world in such a way that I get the best outcomes.
Peace Godfather, I won't let you down. 🙏
R.I.P Goldfather! just wow!
"Your skin tone has nothing to do with how beautiful you are, beauty is beauty" truth!
I'll tell you a little story. I make over 150K a year as a software engineer but I work for a company.
Forget about the women. Focus on the company. Your Goals are far more important than temporary sensual pleasure you experience by entertaining women.
Bone her, leave her like every other dude did
"Their presence is felt when they're there and their absence is felt when they're gone," Straight from the horse's mouth. RIP
Sir! You are absolutely Right about all of what your saying. It’s Imperative to be Valued!!

I’ve been married to such a man for 37 years, and I’ll take my blue collar engineer over these self-absorbed, silly men any day of the year.
You got tools can that do all that or buy it instantly , this isn't the 1880
I have a credit card and access to supermarket
@@emopaki good luck with all those things when your Internet goes down or you lose your wallet.. or zombies ofc
Then, that is the type of man you value. He is high value to you, but in the larger society, that doesn’t quite cut it.
u love a simple man who can do many life skills that's amazing I wish more women were like u society just puts pressure on men to make alot of money so they can attract women
Wow. This is NOT what I was expecting, but a great video. Worked my ass off and retired at 48. Still make dam good $ but walked away from corporate and moved to Bordeaux France. No contacts or influence. just calm, red wine, a beautiful wife, and sunsets. My personal goal is to keep them by trying to stay/ define a HIGH VALUE man. Maybe you can do a video on staying one after the storm so to speak. Can’t thank you enough for all your personal info. Take care
Being a man is the greatest gift of all..
The thing is, nobody "high value" is watching this channel...except for shits and giggles. And that's because they don't care about none if this. It's just entertainment.
FACTS
I laugh when people say things like this.
If you are a HIGH VALUED man then you don't NEED to watch this video. This is to help those wanting to achieve that status.
@@EdenSophia118 we watch because it is entertaining.
I was wondering about that term.... most men in the tax bracket he is referring to do not refer to themselves as High value men but I could be wrong... 🤷🏾♀️he is very entertaining 😂
