Well he’s an interesting question..on some Hondas I know when you switch to all led you have to get that led relay for it..and you’ll still have hyper flash until you remove the bulb for the blinker indicator.do you have all leds installed and if so how did you go about hooking it up to have the indicator..for reference I have a 2000 shadow spirit 1100c

This looks like the speedometer from a 600. It isn't mounted in the tank. It's mounted in front of the handlebars.
