If you are unfamiliar with Xandria, I urge you to click this. Their new voice Ambre Vourvahis is such a pleasant addition and appears to be willing to do a lot of hard work within this band's concept! I am most certainly back on the proverbial "Bandwagon!"

Wow haven’t listened to this band since their 2007 album when Lisa was around. What a treat, can’t wait for more songs, I like the direction they’re taking.
Reborn, Ghosts, and now this: Xandria has quickly gone from entirely off my radar to one of my favorite bands. Ambre's voice is even more gorgeous than she is.

Xandria are like Amazon Prime - they have a reputation for treating their employees terribly, but we love them anyway because they have quality delivery. And this stupendous Symphonic Metal number keeps up the stratospheric standards of this band - in fact they sound better than ever. With its soaring melody and choral harmonies, great production and fabulous vocals and musicianship, there's nothing not to like. And anyway, if I only collected albums that only had nice considerate well-behaved people performing on it, I'd only own around ten albums, not several thousand. It's the music that matters. My Score: Excellent 5*

@@river85 these people say everything that is not brutal death metal and orthodox black metal is pop, its ridiculous even though I love more heavy brutal sound metal bands, a lot of softer music like pop, rock and symhonic metal, electronic can be amazing aswell.

@@ytbr3383 I wonder anway, if people will ever stop complaining about something "not being metal" and just start appreciating what they love to hear and leave the things they deem "not metal enough" to those who enjoy it. It's not a contest of being "the most metal sounding band" anyway, music is made to be enjoyed, and if there are people who enjoy what those bands do, who cares if it's completely metal or whatsoever. Besides that, experimenting with the sound and going a little bit outside the box is far away from being a bad thing, in fact, it's a sign that the poeple who make the music care to find the sound that is right for them. Long story short, I agree with you and I don't get why people complain instead of just listening to what they like and leaving the rest for the poeple that enjoy it, lol. :D

Beautiful song! Xandria still delivers after so many changes of vocalists (which will be missed aswell since they were all good)
But this album has really grown on me and I see that it's one of their best ever, Ambre is amazing, the melodies are fantastic and haunting, yet the sound being heavy in many aspects on this album.
