Surprised you went this way, but sure there are a lot of people who will follow😊
Been using HASS for many years now, so here are a few topics which you could consider:
    -HACS
    -MFA / Security
    -Companion App
    -MQTT
    -Basic templating
    -Basic automations

Starting with Home Assistant seems terribly interesting but quite daunting to start with. Thank you for your effort!

I'm currently using home assistant in docker and integrated teslamate and my sonoff S31with exporting to influxdb. I have purchased a eachen zigbee pro bridge and a couple of temperature sensors all from China, however I'm living out of province in dorm and won't be back home until May, so I'm really looking forward to playing around with home automation then. Thank you for creating this series, I think it will be very helpful for me to learn about basics of zigbee, tasmota and other important topics in homeassistant before I actually get a chance to use my hardware. I feel like I'm going to be diving into a big rabbit hole.. unfortunately, in Canada, prices and tax on these smart home devices are not reasonable (especially those that are designed with local control and privacy)

Hey, thanks for the detailed comment. Sounds like you have some big plans. I'm hoping to cover off most of what you have mentioned in the near future. Sorry to hear about the prices, that's frustrating. Seems OK for once here in the UK.

How would you go with extending a homelab to a 2nd or 3rd location? I wish to share my jelyfin and other apps with my relatives but each site would have it's own host machine.

Hey Jim, Could you make a video about how to install Jenkins with docker? I haven’t seen any template on your GitHub repository… if you need help I have 2 docker compose versions for it… one without pipeline plugin and one by building the image yourself with pipeline blue ocean plugin. So let me know where I can contact you the best for this
