If you actually watch the video Scottie said there was a pact to keep the 2 guys tied for at least 1 more round but when they tried to extend to that final round, they couldn't change their score. It wasn't rigged to have Gordon lose, it was rigged to keep the show going but obviously stupid Wade wanted his boy to win.

Here is the fix to the NBA dunk contest: No overtime. When you are done with your dunks in the final round, if there is a tie, judges will pick the best dunk from both finalists' all final round dunks and whoever did that dunk wins.
Carefully watching it over and over even with skepticism, Gordon did clear Tacko's head, Tacko kept his hands rigid and Gordon's scotch caught it on the way down and Tacko as a reaction ducked his head naturally. Gordon cleared Tacko

2016 was way better as both guys did creative dunks every round. Not a slight variation on under the leg dunk. The one time he didn’t go under his leg he did a windmill from two feet past the free throw line. He knew he made a mistake. You see it on his face after he lands.

What I actually saw was that Gordon actually cleared Tako and once mid jump, Tako came forward and leaned down. But he leaned down after Gordon grabbed the ball and cleared him.

I think Scottie is forgetting that Aaron Gordon originally asked shaq to jump over him and shaq said NO . He improvised and instead of jumping over 7’1” he had to jump over 7’6”.. Scottie pippens greatest dunk was against a 7’0” Patrick Ewing (in game ) and he was no where near of jumping over Ewing even if Ewing didn’t jump pippen would of hit his stomach lol.. gtfoh with your 9

Irrelevant. Aaron Gordon has a better jump than Pippen. So? He still did not jump over the actual height of that dude. The dunk was not a 10. A 9 was also too much in my opinion. There is a handful of players over the years that jumped higher than Aaron Gordon, they just didn't put people or objects to jump over.
Props to Pippen for sharing that and admitting it was a mistake on the judges, it takes a tough person to admit that.
