Yeah. I love the way that Russell is so sure he can change the world when he's not busy making films and Matt is so much more realistic. They really work as a duo.
This is so brilliant, genius and a great curious documentary. I love russell's labirinth of a mind. He doesn't even know where he's going next lol We're discovering it along with him.
"Gotta make some changes! Now. From now on all linebackers are gonna be wearin ballet shoes. It's gonna make em nimble on their feet, they are gonna be super fast! Are you with me Walson, cuz if you are not with me you are against me!" "I'm with ya" Made me crack up :D
It is sort of Russell to sit that close, but Russell is a professional and although he doesn't show it he's aware of the camera. It may be that he wants as tight a shot as possible.
Interesting around 1:30, I think people have this in their minds all the time, but we exchange safety and comfort for happiness....we strapped to the consumer society...if we realized its scary at first, then we look back and say...what was i afraid of?
"Paul Newman's got a vinaigrette which is delicious." "I know, it's a delicious vinaigrette. No-one's attacking the vinaigrette." Love how these 2 riff hilarious nonsense off each other. Radio 2 is decidedly worse off without the Russell Brand (and Matt Morgan) Show.
Absolutely agree with Lotrfan that we are getting a biased and unfair representation of Americans in our media. Every nation has its share of idiots. Clearly some sectors of American society are ignorant or have disturbing ideologies, but the same is very true of British society. IT's easy for that guy toclaim to be a peasant by nature when he's sitting on millions in a nice house. I really admire Russell Brand's honesty - it's very unusual in popular media figures!
what the hell is wrong with Matt, I love him but man he is a cynic - I not only believe in a revolution, I know it is inevitable sooner or later, sooner rather than later - its swirling around now
they are desecrating football. BUTT CRACK! 'citin. I can't believe he was playing wth that trophy. I would be terrified to touch it. That is something, that um... people would miss.

Exactly. Well said.
"I don't like to do anything that makes you sweat if you don't come at the end of it." HAHAHAHA, Russell, you genius! Love you!!
well written , cheers

I had forgotten about the prank call....legend
"Gotta make some changes! Now. From now on all linebackers are gonna be wearin ballet shoes. It's gonna make em nimble on their feet, they are gonna be super fast! Are you with me Walson, cuz if you are not with me you are against me!"

"that's gonna make one crash"
Yeah, who thinks up those stupid things ?
hahah. "wouldnt it be funny if i begged you to touch it..and it got all tangled up in us..and we ended up all wrapped up like mummies and that.."
Matt looked so bored when they were talking to that superbowl guy.
Classy comment--no sarcasm.
lol, i just thought it wasnt dirty enough for a russell brand video
@annekehielkema13 There's so much truth in that That's why I think Russell's worse scandal of all time occurred when he and Matt weren't talking.
if everything is really nothing, why keep everything to yourself?
It would have bothered me more if he'd said Tony Blair...if it had to be anyone, im glad it was John Cleese lol
they are probably hungry
@LVSinger nice - classism and homophobia, lovely
maybe hes comparing him to john cleese another fabulous british comedian
does it really matter?
it can only be a good thing being compared to John Cleese
hah, "fueled by caffeine"...
so thats what theyre callin benzedrine nowadays...
