- Thanks to everyone who asked questions! I'm sorry I wasn't able to get to them all, but I recorded for like 3 hours and I kept having to take breaks because I was getting so sweaty. Also my voice was getting really tired. Also then I had to edit 3 hours' worth of me messing up sentences and starting over. And people think being a RUclipsr is glamorous.

@@AnneReburn Not sure why it was 'oddly encouraging'...it was a double compliment! I don't even know how I found your channel, probably a recommendation in the side bar. I'd imagine that I saw the thumbnail, said, dang she's attractive, let's see what this is. Then I liked what you did (not true for all of your videos, but many) so now I keep checking back to see what you're up to.
Similar here, was just searching "clear female voice a capella" (bcs that what i like), your covers pop up - and from them your smile and sunny, positive attitude and feel.
And keep coming back to get more for many years now...
The difference with Anne is that she doesn't wear skimpy revealing stuff for views. She is just very cute and has a seemingly great personality. The human brain is drawn to things and people we find attractive so it is biology.

Me ha encantado el preguntas y respuestas, Anne. En especial cuando hablas de los instrumentos que aprendiste, de la danza, y de los coros. El bajo es un instrumento muy importante, es como una mezcla entre guitarra, percusión y ritmo. Me gustan mucho las covers que haces, y cuando las haces con múltiples voces y las a cappella, son asombrosas, me imagino la cantidad de trabajo y tiempo que te lleva hacerlas. Wow, Anne!! I have a 15 year old daughter, who while she has a beautiful voice, struggled early with pitch, but she has been taking voice lessons for years now and has worked very hard, stuck with it, and has landed roles in her high school musicals and local community theatre. She's also branched out and is a great sax player and picking up other instruments. I'm just so impressed with your personal journey and how it sounds like you found your true passion/purpose, even when earlier in your life, what you're doing now may have seemed out of reach. I really do hope for my daughter something similar and regardless of what she finds, that she ultimately finds herself and some happiness in life, as it seems like you have done. At the risk of being overly dramatic, I think you really are an inspiration, especially to young women. I think what I appreciate most about your work is your ability to take your natural talents and leverage those talents with high quality audio production and awesome visuals. Your end result, to me anyway, is a bigger, more filled out sound when you layer those harmonies. Not that you aren't great "solo," but I think you really enhance your natural talents with your learned production skills. As I've watched and listened, there's really a lot going on here and it clearly takes a lot of work! Thanks so much not only for the music, but for being provocative, thoughtful and real. What you did with "like to teach the world to sing" was epic, by the way... Like tens of thousands of others across the world, I really appreciate what you do. Thanks.

I LOVE your Spanish!!!! The accent SEEMS Castillian. It's been sooooo many years since I've learned and used my Spanish, but it was Castillian. PLUS you are so easy to understand when you speak Spanish. It makes me feel much more proficient than I am.

We have similar processes when it comes to laying down the basics for new songs. Though I mostly do barbershop, I absolutely love the color in your voice and how well you can blend yourself! :) I have a small request. Could you possibly do "And So It Goes" by Billy Joel? Whether or not you use an existing arrangement or make your own doesn't matter. Something tells me you'd do an amazing job with it regardless.

Sometimes, when you pronounce your last name, you say the e as a long E. Other times it sounds to me closer to a long A, or somewhere between the two. I don’t really have much call to say your name, but if I did, I’d like to get it right. Can you give some guidance?
Hahaha welllll. We think it was originally spelled Raeburn, so my family usually says Rayburn amongst ourselves. But we also commonly say Reeburn in situations where someone has to spell our last name, find it on a list, speaking over the phone, etc. because it seems to make more sense with the way it's actually spelled. So to me both are acceptable and I respond to either. I have tried to settle on Reeburn as the pronunciation here but tbh I'm more used to saying Rayburn so sometimes that slips out
Amazing talent, I think once this Covid is over you should make a trip to London (in case you have not visited it yet). I actually just typed How Deep Is Your Love (I love that old school song) and your video also came out from the results then the rest is history. :)
