No there is stil the original Oroku Saki that Ch'rell copied. Original Oroku Saki was one of the ninja tribunal and turned into tengu shredder this was all explained in season 5. And yeah, when the cartoon Turtles run into the original comic Turtles during the finale, the comic Turtles literally try to kill them. For Buu, that's just Tuesday.
Even if we lowball him considerably by JUST considering the real time events of the main part of the Buu arc (meaning no flashbacks) , which takes place over the course of 4-5 days, Buu's body count is in the *billions* as he wiped out the human race just so he wouldn't have to wait for a fight and then as Kid Buu he wiped out multiple populated worlds *just because*
And Buu would have eventually moved onto the Afterlife too.
And then he would have moved on to a neighbouring universe to do it all again.
Literally the only thing that would have stopped Buu is him eventually encountering a much more proactive God of Destruction.
To simplify:
One wanted to rule the known universe and then wanted destroy everything because he felt like he had nothing left to lose.
The other wanted to destroy everything cause he had *nothing better to do*
