This was the first video game I ever played. My dad played it first and then let me play on our windows 95 desktop. The game was so captivating and I just got immersed into the gameplay. Best memories ever! What a gem of a game

This was the first game I played in that setup. It was so overwhelming! That intro, that soundtrack, that space, eerie and strange mood... I remember playing this game, XCom and watching Mulder and Scully at X-Files Friday nights at Fox... Man I miss those days...

I loved that game back in the days and I have been waiting for a remake on PC or even a movie. I remember reading that Steven Spielberg wanted to make it a movie but it was to expensive and that's how it ended up becoming a game but in todays time maybe a movie can be a an option. I also agree with Ratheon Hudson I am also willing to pay money for todays game

This game was in development hell for so long, by the time the game came out, the graphics were still in low-res while most adventure games were moving to hi-res.
Whoever is responsible for this remake, awesome job! I pray that the makers get cracking again with The Dig as the next remastered installment. They did it with Grim Fandango and of course Full Throttle. Come on guys let's pray, beg, plea and grovel.

Dude...your work is immaculate! This game was seminal in my own development. Such great memories of those years, playing this game with friends, feeling the wonder & amazement at the subject matter & music. I agree with everyone else: 1. They should remake this in full HD 2. Games like this & Full Throttle (amongst others) had a special something that games today are missing. I mean, The Elder Scrolls series has advanced the whole *point/click/collect/puzzle* aspect (Skyrim is in my All Time Top 10), but they lack that cinematic story. The Last of Us is the only modern game that I am aware of, that truly had that je ne sais quoi....that IMPACT.
