So when you open pdf pattern file with Adobe Reader, in a "Layers" need to keep "eye" button only for "M size" and for "FOR ALL SIZES". Then it will be printed only patterns with your size (only one type of line, not all different lines). Well, I made a pattern based on a female size chart (so it will be small for men), but if you know a bit of pattern making you can make some hacks on pattern, like add more ease and height, then give more room to the armhole.

Any of regular domestic sewing machine, that sewing straight line, like Brother, Singer, JUKI, Janome. Not necessary to have industrial one :)
