Also, I did try to move the EFI onto the 'empty EFI' you talk about at the end of the video but after checking every disk I could not find an empty EFI. I totally appreciate your excellent video, easy to follow (except the EFI bit) and such a relaxing voice.
Hi, I installed last night too. I faced the EFI folder issue too, I got around it by creating a 20MB EFI Partition folder on same Disk where MacOS is installed and it worked. The reason its happening is because you are installing the Operating systems on one drive, at least thats how I understood it.
oh a little trick if you cant get to Disk Management on Windows 11, if you press windows key + x (windows key then press X while holding it) itll open up a little screen and you can select it from there. Then if you are not using the administrator account, open the disk management program, then right click its icon down in the windows bar thing, then when you see the option to pin to task bar etc, right click the program again (the thing at the top of the new menu) and you can run as an administrator from there.

Thanks. But I red in Dortania’s guide that some intel HD graphics are not supported higher than Mac OS 12. Maybe it is no longer an issue with OC method ? What is your advice ?
Hello! Problem here. I installed this and everything went very smoothly, but when I boot up MacOS, it seems to not be using my graphics card? It shows my intel 12th gen processor, and my 32gb of ram, but just says “graphics: display 31mb”. I have a high end AMD Radeon gpu that isn’t showing up! It is also lagging quite a bit, probably because it’s attempting to run off integrated graphics. Got a fix for this?
@@teema.everythingtech 6750xt. I’ve used OCAT to install NootRX.kext into the EFI folder, and disabled WhateverGreen, but now every time I boot up, it just restarts
@@teema.everythingtech it’s worth noting I think the NootRX.kext works because in recovery mode, it’s now smooth and running 60fps, unlike how it was before. I just can’t boot into macos

after i select sandisk in boot menu the screen turns into black & nothing appears. waited for hours to get the screen but never came so finally i just unplugged the usb then it started to boot windows. please help this is my 1st time dual booting. i have an asus expertbookb1500 with i5 & 8GB RAM with irisxe graphics

That's right, it would work in reading and writing documents however when it comes to boot you may need to format it. 1st method is quite direct using windows file explorer. 2nd Method by disk management also from windows. 3rd is a bit of a hassle where you need a software. Be aware all of these methods would delete all partitioning and data from the drive so make sure to backup your work first. Good luck mate!🤙
In my opinion yes cuz VM uses computer resources while sharing 2 OS while direct installs, the hardware is dedicated for a specific OS, you might be seeing lag due to your GPU or older CPU, so maybe you can try and older version such as Big Sur or Monterey. Good luck pal 🤙

Whenever I try to boot it from the usb it shows the startup error with a circle and a line passing through it. Smth like this 🚫. I followed exactly, any idea why this happens? 🤔 Edit- I followed the exact same steps but with Monterey image and works now 🥳 Hope this helps anyone and good luck 🤝
@@TechGamerBb For how long has it been like that? Maybe if you are using an HDD or a USB/SD card, it would be slow, try using an SSD if can, and if they still don't work hen maybe you missed out something from the video

or buy a 2nd hand MAC and hook it to your monitor if you can to use an older version. Tonne of MAC with brocken screen but rest all works.
