I have just finished this hat and it is amazing I love it so much. I did mine in a thinner yarn it was a pinks and purple colour wheel using a size 5 crochet hook. Instead of doing single Crochet for the rim I did 4 rows of double crochet then 1 single row of single crochet just looks fab. Thank you for yet another fantastic video thank you for taking the time to share this with us. Happy crocheting. Xx

At first glance i thought 'it looks like buttons' , then the pattern started to build and i thought 'oh , it's a slouchy granny' ; further in i thought 'it kinda looks like fish scales' . Now i have 'Fish Heads" playing on a loop inside my head .

Hi crystal this is. Barbara a great fan of your tutorials I finished the icy tears slouchy beanie hat came out lovely. But way too big for me unfortunately if I was to crochet 6 tears instead of 8 tears into the beginning do you think the hat would come out smaller thank you crystal from Barbara

There's no writing in my videos... you have CC turned on the video. I can't turn them off because it's on your end. There should be a CC button on the right side somewhere to remove them. There's never writing in any of my videos, so if you see it... you CC is turned on

Not sure what I've done wring so far I just finished first round of the two clusters then one cluster then another cluster pattern but mine is kind of wavy, doesn't lay flat. Any info

whats the best way t do these?i tried the bubble stitch were u have 9 on the hook and try to get my hook under them all never worked, any pointers?

Love the pattern and yarn color, but halfway through the hat, this yarn was so tangled and knotted, it was unusable. I have never used Red Heart Super Saver before. Anybody else have this problem with this yarn?
Victoria Sanchez I have hundreds of skeins of super saver yarn and have used it for years, I actually have about 12 skeins of this exact color yarn and have used about 6 others and I have never ever had an issue with it tangling or any other issues so please don't give up on this yarn, it is a great yarn for gifts and making amigurumis, also very affordable, so plz try again. Just make sure you watch the label and pull from the correct end for the center pull.
