Thank you for posting this. I cannot get enough of this group. I love them as a teenager back in the day and I still love them today. Are you really wish I knew who was who and what happened to them.

@@Gazoo-z5t I had the same experience. I got curious about who the singers were and I can't find out a thing about them.

Same here. Tried to find information on the singers and nothing. Only Mike Curb comes up. Really makes me angry.

The character played by Rusty Keller in an episode of The Waltons (1976) and James at 16 (1978) is the redhead in the M. C. Congregation; the resemblance (facial features, hair, and build) between the two is stunning. Unfortunately, I haven't found out anything else about Rusty since those appearances, and it's been over 40 years. Such a talented kid, it's surprising (and a shame) he didn't continue performing and making a name for himself. Lastly w/r/t the rumor of his getting killed at McDonalds 10 years after the M. C. Congregation performances, there's no evidence that occurred.

And sadly the black hair lad, is no longer with us. He too would have to be in his 60s, Harry Blackstone III, his dad was a rather famous magician, Harry did some singing, formed or was in a band. But there are no known photos of him after, before or during MCC. He wasn't as over the top as the other lad (ginger). But had a winning smile bit stiff in dance moves.
